Purpose: total demolition of buildings, installations and underground infrastructure.
Duration: approximately 12 months.

demolition and HSE-coordination.

Purpose: site preparation for building tank farm.
Duration: approximately 12 months.
My personal work experience phase two for MicroChemie: managing soil remediation and surveying existing
posts.
OCI (terrain Kemira- Botlek Fertilizer and sulfuric acid plant) -(2008-2012)
Purpose: inspection out site NH3 tanks, selective demolition pipe racks and asbestos removal power plant.
Duration: approximately 3 months.
My personal work experience phase three for OCI: inspection outer shell tanks, asbestos survey and managing
asbestos removal.

OCI –NH3 terminal Botlek -2012
Purpose: inspection and removal chemicals and clearing out outside storage facility chemicals.
Duration: approximately 1 months.
My personal work experience phase four for OCI: inspection and sampling chemicals and managing removal of
chemicals and closing down storage facility.
Europoort Tank Terminal -2010
Purpose: demolition of tank, laboratory and office facilities.
Duration: approximately 1 month.
My personal work experience: inspection tanks and buildings, HSE- plan demolition and managing demolition
process.

Evonik - Carbon Black Botlek plant -2012-2013
Purpose: total demolition of buildings, installations and underground infrastructure. Relocate parts of facilities
all over the word to other Evonik plants. Contract preparation and international selection of contractors.
Duration: approximately 18 months.
My personal work experience phase one in team of two: preparation of quotations, selection of contractors,
planning , inspections, asbestos investigations and project managing the demolition of buildings and
installations. HSE planning and implementation.
Evonik - Carbon Black Botlek plant -2012-2013
Purpose: completion of land to the Port Authority
Duration: approximately 12 months.
My personal work experience phase two in team of two: managing land survey, surveying all existing posts, soil
-research and remediation. HSE planning and implementation. All contacts with local authorities.

Purpose: turn around total refinery
Duration: approximately 6 months.
My personal work experience: manager environment -asbestos, ceramic wool and chemicals. Inspection fire
proofing. Documentation off all investigated spots and removed materials. Drafting documents for future safe
entrance of furnaces and stacks.
Total –Zeeland refinery -2014
Purpose: turn around total site
Duration: approximately 5 months.
My personal work experience: manager environment -asbestos, ceramic wool and chemicals. Documentation
off all investigated spots and removed materials. Inspections waste materials.

7. MILORA -GROUP

Oesterbaai/ Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam -2014/2015
Purpose: sooth remediation in laboratory building OL2 - De Boelelaan 1105 Amsterdam, after fire in the not yet
completed building.
Duration: approximately 3 months.
My personal work experience: project manager environment –sampling after cleaning and cleaning advise.
Documentation off all investigated and cleaned spots in the complete building and installations.
