11.  Our Professional Fee is as per Below
 Entry level, Executives, Jr. Managers - 8.33% of Annual Gross Salary
 Middle Management – 8.33% of Annual Gross Salary
 Sr. Management(GM & Above) – 10.00% of Annual Gross Salary
 CEO, CXO Levels, MD – 12.00% of Annual Gross Salary
 We will ensure that the short listed candidates are lined up as per the schedule
given by you. The final selection of the candidates, salary settlement etc. is entirely
at client’s discretion.
 Payment of our consultancy bill should be paid within 30 days from the date of the
candidate joining your organization. All payment should be made in favor of “Orbis
Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd.”.
 The resumes forwarded to you as per your requirement remain property of Orbis
Manpower.
 Replacement Period will be Three Months from the date of joining
