I am currently in the role of Operations Manager and my areas of responsibilities are the
receiving, inventory and returns departments. I manage the daily workflow in both
departments with 3 direct reports and 40 indirect reports. I am responsible for ensuring that all
the returns, receiving and the inventory departments operate within budget while achieving
company set goals. I am responsible for ensuring that all facility safety, quality and productivity
goals are met. I am also accountable for customer relations with our customers by working in
conjunction with the customer service reps. and directly with the customers to achieve
