I am currently in the role of Operations Manager and my areas of responsibilities are the
receiving, inventory and returns departments. I manage the daily workflow in both
departments with 3 direct reports and 40 indirect reports. I am responsible for ensuring that all
the returns, receiving and the inventory departments operate within budget while achieving
company set goals. I am responsible for ensuring that all facility safety, quality and productivity
goals are met. I am also accountable for customer relations with our customers by working in
conjunction with the customer service reps. and directly with the customers to achieve
customer satisfaction.

My responsibilities include but not limited to managing the facility budget, developing ways to
increase warehouse productivity and decrease errors. Control warehouse associated costs and
control P&L. I was responsible for the security of the facility, safety and employee morale.
