RESOLUTION NO. 38-2021
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE AWARD OF THE CONTRACT TO BISSWIZ
COMPUTER CENTER BEING THE SINGLE AND RESPONSIVE BIDDER AND PASS THE
REQUIRED GUIDELINES IN OPENING THE BID FOR THE SUPPLY DELIVERY,
INSTALLATION INCLUDING COMMISIONING & WARRANTY OF 9 SETS OF
INTEGRATED HIGH POWER SOLAR STREETLIGHTS AT BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, CITY
OF VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON.
WHEREAS, upon the decision of the BAC member present we are to recommend the
project contract to BISSWIZ COMPUTER CENTER being the single and responsive bidder.
WHEREAS, the project need to follow the guidelines in implementing such project, thus it
is but necessary to implement this project as prescribe in the contract because it is very
important development of the barangay.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Lito L. Galiposo BAC member duly seconded
unanimously by the BAC members present.
BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, to procurement process so that this project is
realized.
