RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND
MANAGEMENT FUND INVESTMENT PLAN FOR CY 2019 OF BARANGAY 06,
MAMBURAO, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO
WHEREAS, it has been agreed by the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction
and Management Council (BDRRMC) of this Barangay during the
meeting dated January 15, 2019.
WHEREAS, Sec. 21 of RA 10121, other known as Philippine DRRM Act
2010, provides that “ Not less than 5% of the estimated revenue from
regular sources shall be set aside as the BDRRM Fund to support
DRRM activities.
WHEREAS, the list of programs, projects and activities embodied
therein equitably represents the needs for the strengthening of the
DRRM in Local Government Unit of Barangay 06, Mamburao, Occidental
Mindoro as mandated by the Republic Act of 10121.
WHEREAS, the members of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Council (BDRRMC) identified, formulated and prepared
programs, projects, activities to be implemented for CY 2019.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Noel M. Rendon and duly seconded by
the rest of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Council (BDRRMC), the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Fund Investment Plan CY 2019 has been finalized and
approved by the body.

2. RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to furnish the Municipal Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO)- Mamburao,
Occidental Mindoro the copies of the resolution and all concerned
agencies for their information and guidance.
