renewal) with towing, Unlimited Radar Observer, Able seaman (unlimited), STCW and
life boatman endorsements, TWIC card, Hazwoper and First responder training, current
passport. 2010 “Secret Clearance”, Experienced in Commercial Vessel operation,
management, refit supervision, Oil Spill First Responder, consulting and deliveries. Also
US Navy ship repair experience.

1. 2/2004 to 5/2004 and 3/2007 to 01/2009: Ship Repair. Production Supervisor at
Maritime Solutions LLC. Fabrication, Design and Habitability installations on U. S.

2. 2006 to present On Call Second relief captain on various sport boats including
Constitution, Aztec & Dominator with first captain Randy Dalo 619-987-8862.
3. May 2010 to April 2012, Computer Science Corporation (619) 313-2226, operated
(HST) High Speed Target craft offshore of San Clemente Island (SCORE) for military
target training. Target tows to 600 Ft.. “Secret” Clearance.
4.2004 thru 2014 Currently working as On Call 2nd Captain on various sport boats,
Charter Yachts, yacht management and Consultant.
5. 2013/2014/2015 Marine Spill Response Corporation (MSRC), Richmond Ca. and
Long Beach Ca. Temporary Relief Crew Position, Ableseaman, Ordinary Seaman on Fast
Response Oil Spill Vessel “Spill Chaser”,Ocean Liberty and Recovery one vessels.
6. 2015 , Ongoing: Self Employed, Maritime Consultant on call relief captain/crew of
sport fishing vessels up to 100 ft and Marine Spill Response Corporation (MSRC)
