Responsibilities:
 Multiple Account Tracking at Delivery Unit/Business Unit level.
 Reports and Presentation preparation for US Clients based on project data on regular basis.
 Validation and verification of Project Delivery Data shared as Governance Decks with Clients.
 Gather the lesson learned at the end of the project from the respective project managers and maintain that in a
shared drive. This lesson learned documents to be used as company’s process asset.
 Preparation and Update of Reports for Internal meetings, trackers within Account, and for cross-functional
departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, Manpower Planning Department, etc.
 Coordination with Sales, Legal, Operations and other teams and person concerned for signing SOW.
 Tracking of Profit Margin, Revenue, Cost, Budget, Forecasts, Actual and Variance Analysis for all accounts in DU.
