Indonesia journey with Engineering Base • Existing client base in Indonesia including Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, GE Power and others • EB concept presented to Engineering Services in 2019 • Carried out detailed Proof of Concept (POC) in Oct 2019 • Technical Case proved by POC success & deliverables • EB deployment Project Approved early 2020 • Project deployment delayed by COVID Selected Indonesia EB customer projects delayed by COVID – but expected to restart in 2021

Licensing Types We have a flexible approach to licensing, offering both purchase and lease models (including flexible support for workload peaks) License Utilization based on concurrent usage – not number of users/installs It is possible to also have a “Blend” of different licence types depending on requirements Perpetual License Purchase • License Purchase - You own the license for life • AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) – 15% of License Purchase price – paid annually • User & Project support from Adhinata/Aucotec • Annual updates for EB software (1 Major release – new features, & 1 minor release annually) TBL (Time Based Lease) • Time Based Lease of License for agreed fixed period e.g 1 Year • No AMC required • Support & Annual Updates provided • You will not own this licence Token Model Customer leases a number of tokens over a 3-year period • Using EB for a defined activity would utilize x number of tokens from the “token pot” • Once the user finishes the activity session the tokens are returned to the available pot. • More suited for larger projects with discipline utilization periods. • Gives more flexibility to a large engineering project team • No AMC required (Support included) • You will not own this license • Flexible TBL also available to support workload peaks • E.g if you need an additional licence to support Process Design for 2 months – we can provide for an agreed period
