2. The RRT team calls on over 4 decades of experience
in matrix stimulation to have successfully treated
over 10,000 wells in 72 countries. This broad
experience base has been paramount in maintaining
over 90% success rate while the industry has fallen
to 51% (GoM Shelf) and less than 30% success in
Deepwater. Some of this poor economic performance
is explained by lower oil prices. However, most
has resulted in the industry’s movement toward
expensive, reservoir compatible chemical treatments
that reduce the risks of inducing damage, but have
little chance of removing damage. RRT puts
greater effort into diagnosing damage mechanism,
optimizing treatment design and targeting treatment
placement. This approach does not increase risk,
in fact, most treatments have produced improved
oil/water ratios, higher success rates and lower
treatment costs.
The RRT Production Optimization Methodology
Improved Diagnosis:
The RRT technical team can sample produced fluids
and apply advanced analytical testing to determine
wettability reversal, wax and asphaltene deposition,
fines migration, water formed scaling and mixed
deposition. Many of these analytical techniques are
proprietary and specific to formation damage
mechanisms.
Reservoir Compatibly:
With the introduction of Frac Packing, the industry
discontinued the practice of conducting complete
mineralogy to aid in diagnosis and treatment
optimization. RRT has a large archive of advanced
mineralogy results, as well as, significant
acquired data bases. With no information, other
than location, depth and temperature, we can
construct a geologic probability analysis with a high
degree of accuracy. This enables the design of safe,
compatible treatments that aids in targeting damage
at lower costs.
Advanced Chemistry:
The RRT product line has proprietary nanotechnology
and Slow Release Acid systems that provide the
best solution for removing damage and recovering
treatment fluids. The lower permeable and turbiditic
reservoirs of today cannot be treated effectively with
conventional acid systems and chemicals. Failure to
recognize the need for novel chemistry will result in
high costs and poor performance.

River Rental Tools, Inc. utilizes its Contained
Flowback and Separation Technology or CFAST
System to help oil and gas producers resolve a host
of potential issues with acid flowbacks, completion
fluid flowbacks, and other problematic produced
water streams. Using the CFAST System, River
Rental Tools, Inc. is able to prevent upsets and
protect our customer’s equipment during the
flowback, and upon completion, quickly restoring
production to the platform. The CFAST System
produces overboard quality water which meets all
NPDES guidelines while at the same time returning
pipeline quality oil to the customer.
C-FAST SYSTEM ADVANTAGES:
Reduced Adsorptive Media Usage:
The CFAST Liquid/Liquid Centrifuge delivers better
water quality than conventional gravity separation
requiring less media for overboard water discharge
well within NPDES ranges.
Reclaims Valuable Hydrocarbons:
Utilizing the CFAST Package allows for fluids to be
treated faster and reducing the residence time
needed for separation than conventional gravity
separation by using a state of the art Liquid /
Liquid Centrifuge.
Isolate Flowback Fluids and Accepts Total Flow:
The CFAST System handles total produced liqui
flow water, oil and emulsion, regardless of the ratios.
Unlike the industry standard flowback systems that
only handle water, leaving the operator with
emulsified oil to process. With the CFAST System,
the only fluid returned to the operator is pipeline
quality oil.

Automated Surge Vessel Liquid / Liquid Centrifuge Water Polishing Media
Water Overboard
Reduced Downtime & Restores Production Faster:
The CFAST System does not require chemical
batch treatments that may or may not work.
The Liquid/Liquid Centrifuge breaks emulsions.
Oil that requires further separation is simply
recycled through the system.
Prevents Production System Upsets:
Flow-back fluids from well completions and
interventions are often acidic and can: Upset
normal production fluid separation processes
Create surfactant stabilized emulsions in the oil
phase causing off-spec penalties in the sales oil
Entrain hydrocarbons into the water phase
creating low pH reverse emulsions.
Prevents accelerate corrosion in production
vessels and pipelines:
The CFAST System takes total flow oil and water.
Removing BS&W to below 1% and returning only
pipeline quality oil to the production system.
Minimized Cost and Waste Liability:
The CFAST System reduces the amount of
absorptive media thus reducing the media waste
cost. With theCFAST process it is possible to
economically treat flow-back fluids and achieve
clean water for discharge and acceptable oil
for sales without adding to the operator’s
waste liability.

Our engineers also have over 25 years of experience
in cleaning, hydrotesting and general pipeline
remediation. With the capability to both design and
implement treatments, our engineers utilize PIC's
complete array of liquid gel pigs and specialized
solvent packages to efficiently locate and remove
pipeline obstructions. These innovative products also
enable effective designs to dewater pipelines after
hydrotesting. The goal of the design team is to
utilize the high efficiency of the treating chemicals
minimizing overall treatment volumes.
