Our small-diameter ESP system is designed to operate
in mature wells with restricted spaces in aggressive
environment.
Now you can achieve the same or better returns when
the well has already passed its growth phase, became
deviated or reduced in size.
Delivering all the power and performance of a large
ESP, it easily runs through limited zones and stands
up to toughest downhole conditions: corrosion,
abrasion, low flow rate and high fluid viscosity.
Slim ESP system is a perfect solution for dual production
when there are two submersible pumps in a wellbore.
Also this system widens opportunities for wells with
complex completion schemes and limited space available.
Improved flow path design and patent-protected
technology provides reliable operation at high rotational
speeds, keeping the production rate of the well at its
maximum.

25. Submersible motors
We produce two types of submersible motors –
standard induction motors (asynchronous) and
permanent magnet motors (synchronous) in three
series – 406, 461 and 512 by housing OD,
depending on customer needs and application.
According to customer’s requirements we provide an
adaptor at the bottom of the motor to connect it to
downhole monitoring systems.
The motor casing can be plasma sprayed for excellent
corrosion resistance.

Working elements rejection after lifting –
24% that is much less than that of the
previous equipment.
No shaft seizure or damage.
Mean run-to-failure time of the previous equipment on the well was
250 days.
The equipment demonstrated rapid wear of the working elements,
shafts seizure and their damage after restart operation.
Unlike conventional pump systems, INP ESP stages are made of
polymer composite material and are much less affected by
aggressive environment – abrasive sands, corrosive fluids and
others.
INP ESP reliability was proved by the field tests and it worked
properly for 432 days that is 1.73 times longer.
