Introduction
 Started in 1969, PetroSavers was created by a visionary former
Aerospace Engineer with National Aeronautics & Space
Administration (NASA).
 Ralph LeBlanc the founder, was convinced he could find a

Oil Refiner System
 PetroSaver Oil Refiner Systems are the most advanced
products of their kind on the market today.
 PetroSaver Oil Refiner Systems effectively remove solids,
gases and liquids down to 1 micron-absolute.
 PetroSaver Engine Oil Refiner System operate on the principle
of “by-pass”. Refiners are always connected independently
and in parallel with the engine oil full-flow filter.
 PetroSaver Engine Oil Refiner System has no moving parts
and therefore it is extremely reliable.

How does the Oil Refiner
Work and why is it unique?
 Without effecting any of the engines operation, the by-pass set up allows
the oil to be pumped from the crankcase through the full-flow engine filter
to the oil pressure gallery, then to the bearings.
 The Oil Refiner System feature large Refiner Pac which is made of 100%
Cellulose compressed disks.
 The disks remove solid particles more effectively than ordinary filters.
 Because of their chemical nature, they neutralize acids as the oil passes
through them.
 The by-pass controls the volume of oil going through the refiner at any
given time by means of a small orifice located in the clean oil exit from the
refiner
 The compressed media disks prevent any channeling or bypassing of the
oil and thus provides for complete filtration

Automotive Engineers (SAE)
 Solid, liquid, and gaseous contamination levels are virtually eliminated.
 Reduction of engine oil by 84% (from 567 quarts to 90 quarts) in a twelve month period.
 Reduction of engine oil filters by 100% (from 63 to 0 filters) in a twelve month period.
 Reduction of spark plugs by 93% (from 15 sets to 1 set) in a twenty two month period.
