Poclain Hydraulics ML06/ MLE06
Resolved tandem transmission speed match shifting issue.
Identified the source of variation within the complex design and manufacturing processes.
Reduced shift speed from 3,000 down to 400 milliseconds in 4 months using Six Sigma and Taguchi methods.
Customer was able to launch the product on time.
Case MX Magnum
Launched a best-in-class high hp fixed frame tractor with the tightest turning radius in the industry.
Awarded a U.S. Patent for the driven front axle design.
Front drive axle was the industry’s first to offer factory installed dual wheels.
Delivered a reliable tractor to the market, on time, despite a dramatic increase in system loading.
CNH TG Series Tractor With SuperSteer
Redesigned the Genesis SuperSteer axle to improved steering performance.
Introduced front duals simultaneously reducing warranty.
Jacobsen ST5111
Designed the acoustic package for Jacobsen’s first factory installed cab.
Initial design had a sound level at the operator’s ear that was 13 dBA greater than allowed by EU standards.
Deployed Brüel & Kjær 2032 and sound mapping that identified opportunities to reduce sound levels.
Achieved a reduction of 15 dBA resulting in a product that could be exported.
