Structural Supervisor/ Ironworker Foreman
Plan and coordinate shop and field projects. Provide support to Construction Manager,
Superintendent, and Foreman to deliver projects, assign resources, shop and yard space to projects.
Lead and mentor employees and supervise all Shop and Field operations and activities, provide
daily operations assignments to staff, manage disciplinary and progress, participate in incident and
accident investigations.
Assist in schedule management
Ensure and monitor Quality Control specifications are met.
Ensure proper preventive maintenance on all Shop and Field equipment, ensuring good
housekeeping, safety standards are in place and met.

o Assess Foreman’s and workers readiness for their role at the onset of each shift.
o Ensuring that all required documentation is in place prior to the start of the day’s work activities.
o Ensuring that all tools and equipment used in the execution of the work have been inspected and
are in good repair.
o Ensuring that pertinent JHA’s are reviewed at the morning tool box meetings, capturingchanges
within the scope of work.
o Monitoring and assessing of all work areas in the shop and field.
o Running and actively participating in the weekly Safety Meeting.
