Richard Loeber enjoys a dynamic career focused on integrated investment and corporate real estate service delivery
platforms. His experience is distinguished by strategic portfolio positioning, new business development, and
continuous process improvements in operating environments with highly divergent business disciplines,
geographic and service product scopes. He offers a blend of business, leadership, and change management skills
to achieve sustained and measurable results. As Director, he is responsible for all facets of Kroll Corporate Real
Estate requirements in support of one of the Nation’s largest pre-employment screening and International risk
analysis organizations. Prior responsibilities include Investment Asset and Corporate Facility Management for
Clients since 1997 through CB Richard Ellis and UGL Equis. Specific responsibilities included redevelopment of a
$30 million mixed-use, tax credit based investment project for Progress Energy. He also served as Senior Director
of Facilities managing 4 million square feet of mixed-use commercial space for Nortel Networks with
concentration on infrastructure, operational, financial, and staff management. Preceding CBRE, Richard served as
Vice President at Draper and Kramer Incorporated for ten years where he directed real estate portfolio and
transaction management in multiple Regions across the U.S. He was the driving force behind standardizing
company-wide client service delivery and development of business to business marketing opportunities. He
advanced to this position following 6 years of Project Management experience with the major development
organization, Gerald D. Hines Interests, where he specialized in the management of signature office buildings
during their development, lease up, and stabilized occupancy.
