Architectural firm specializing in providing full Architectural services for Commercial Real Estate Developers
across the United States
- Vice President of Business Development – Transitioned from a dual role in 2010 to concentrate solely
on New Business Development in Multifamily, Office, Mixed Use and Retail. Named Vice President in 2012.
Introduced firm to owners and developers ranked in the NMHC Top 50 of the multifamily housing market. These
result in projects in seven states in various stages of design and construction with Architectural fee potential of
over $2.5 million in 2013.
- Senior Project Manager - Returned to ka in 2005 specifically in a dual role to develop ka’s Mixed Use
Residential Business and to manage projects I would bring to ka. Immediately achieved success with two major
residential developments in Nashville, TN: 22 story luxury condominium ICON in the Gulch and its neighbor the
mid-rise condominium Velocity in the Gulch.

• RDL Architects, Inc.; Cleveland, Ohio
Director of Project Management
December 2003 to July 2005
Architectural firm specializing in Residential Design with six employees responsible for promoting growth of
RDL to twelve employees in one year. Their success and growth continues and now have more than 40
employees with growth into a wide variety of markets far beyond an original Residential focus.
- Developed and implemented comprehensive Business Development plan to introduce RDL Architects to new
Senior, and Active Adult Residential housing clients. This successful business plan provided over $1 million in
signed contracts in 2004 (six months ahead of projections). Provide staff supervision from early design stages
through construction observation as well as coordination of all outside consultants.
• Dorsky + Yue International LLC; Beachwood, Ohio
Senior Project Manager, Promoted to Associate January 2001
January 1991 to June 1994 and January 2000 to December 2003
Architectural firm specializing in the Design of Senior Living Communities and Commercial Development
with ninety employees in offices in Cleveland, Fort Lauderdale, and Washington DC.

Engineering and Architectural Firm specializing in large industrial commissions with 650+ employees and
multiple offices across the United States.
- Director of Commercial Business Development / Senior Project Manager. Recruited by Middough’s executive
team to build their Commercial and Retail market sectors. Managed the Design Studio’s delivery of services in
commercial commissions across the United States. Developed and implemented Commercial Strategic Plan that
introduced Middough to Walmart yielding an 18 year relationship that continues today.

included a staff that varied from five to twenty Architects and Engineers as well as all outside consultants. Managed
