At the LUXURY SIAMESE HOSPITALITY COMPANY we have assembled a Management Team
who, with combined experience and expertise, ensures you of ultimate commitment and
service.

inception, including needs analysis, feasibility studies and pre-opening through all stages of
development, training and operation.
Our services also include hospitality, holiday and leisure publishing, taking you to some of

Our market extends from luxury hotels, resorts and boutique properties to holistic spa
retreats and budget accommodation.

Richard James Hoek ( Vithate Vithyanusastra )
Richard has been a professional international hotelier for more than 20 years. He holds a
degree in Hotel Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
His work has covered international, regional as well as local sector. He’s a recognized expert
within the field. His contributions meant lending his experiences to hotels and resorts,
wellness spas retreat. These include; The Red Lion Hotel, Oregon (U.S.A.), The Dusit Thani
Group (Thailand), World Leading Health & Wellness
Resort –Chiva Som (Hua Hin, Thailand), to name but a
few…
Richard has been associated with International Hotel
chains and domestic (Thailand) corporations for over 20
years, as well as almost 10 years working as part-time
consultant for various independent, large and small
enterprises.
Through his several project developments and
management with five stars International & local
establishments,
Richard has culminated and gained solid experience in
all aspects of hotel operations. This includes
administrations, sales, marketing as well as public
relations. He has aided in restructuring and re-engineering of hotel operation where he had
reorganized management structure and teamwork.

4. Director: Financial Systems and Support
Wira Chaipramote
Since 1978, Wira has been an integral part of the financial control arena and reporting
function. Several companies have relied on his guidance whether it be Devha Mantra
Luxury Resort & Spa (Kanchanaburi, Thailand), The Mode Sathorn (Pre-Opening), The Dome,
The Astudo group Hotels and Resorts chain, where he acted also as Financial Controller.
From 1993-2003 he also joined Micros Fidelio, Thailand as their Product Manager. His
practical approach and knowledge has brought about financial success to several hospitality
properties.
Wira completed his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from
Ramkhamhaeng University. He is also certified In Modern Manager Program (Mini MBA)
from the Faculty of Accounting, Chulalongkorn University.
He has extensive knowledge with all types of accounting systemsuch as Opera, Sun System,
Material Control Carmen System, Accpack, Visual One, Brita System, Quick Book, Peach
Tree, Fidelio Back Office, Fidelio F&B management (purchasing, inventories, cost
controller). Last but not least, Information System of Internal Control & Audit revenue of
hotel.
