HTM has grown substantially in recent years, from a ‘one-man-show’ in Hanoi to currently
17 full-time team members and offices in Hanoi, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City and Vientiane –
and we are poised for further growth.
HTM takes a holistic view and a multi-disciplinary, practical and hands-on approach to all
assignments. Our full-time team consists of foreign and local experts with decades of
international and national experience in their respective fields – hotel planning and
conceptualization, architectural planning and design, branding, marketing and sales,
distribution and revenue management, food and beverage, sustainable tourism planning,
development and management, to name just a few. Our full-time team is enriched through
an extensive network of permanent freelance consultants, many considered ‘best in class’ in
the market, and with whom HTM has built and developed fruitful and trusted long-term
relationships. Putting this wealth of knowledge and expertise together, HTM is able to
provide full hospitality and tourism advisory services and one-stop solutions to our clients.
