Hotel
 The IT play major terms of role in software's
like they have material control software who
check the stock of hotel and they have other
technology like every staff have ID mainly
use for food process like if chef need
chicken then he / she puts the requisition
and upper level of member approve that
order then it follow to end person
 And every month IT check that log in of one
person not in more than one system if they
do then IT department send the mail to them
and staff have to gave the answer

 They said that chef know that customers
not from India only then they know the
taste of that customers like American
like cheesy , Australian like meat ,
Indian like spicy with alcohol ad they
fulfil the need and satisfaction of
customers

store Because there are different things
to maintain in different temperature like
 Green Peas – 18 to 24 °C.
 Alcohol – room temp. – 11 to 22 °C.

 Road transportation(90%)

vendors deliver the stock to them the
price of transportation is include in bill

management
 It is control by F&B manager and check
the inventory weekly , fornightly and
monthly
 If stock is extra and not in demand then
they call the HOD to solve the problem
of wastage

supplier
 No . Basically every year in the month of
December they send notice in
newspaper to deposits the bits Which
ever is best quality and lower rate they
choose that.

% SCM are affecting the Hotel
 30-35% affects the cost of sales
 Purchase manager AND the finance
manager has analysed it.
