the West.Part of whatmy positionentailedwashandlingvariousformsof transactions forcustomers,
whichinvolvedhandlinglarge amountsof currency.Iworkedwithmanycustomersinassisting themto
resolve differentfinancial issueswhenneeded. MostimportantlyIhelpedimprovethe financialstanding
of manycustomersbyofferingandrecommendingthemdifferentbankservicesthatwere tailoredto
theirspecificwantsand needs. Further,Iimprovedmycustomerservice andsalesskillsinbothEnglish
and Spanishby assistingcustomers withbothEnglishandSpanish backgrounds.
