1. In July 2011, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in
Marketing from Alquds University-Abu Dis. After I graduated, I got the chance to work with
YMCA for four years from 2008 until 2012. At the YMCA, I worked with an international
community inside and outside Palestine. I represented Palestine in different occasions. Hence, I
travelled to Spain to participate in the Peace Seminar for peace talk regarding the Israel-Palestine
conflict.
In addition, I had the opportunity to train at the Jerusalem District Electricity regarding
preparing daily cash report, processing citizen’s applications to install electricity lines, maintaining
filing, processing payments, and issuing penalties and deposit reports. This experiences added so
much to my technical and administrative skills.
Furthermore, I worked at Bank of Palestine as a customer service officer. I was in charge
of updating customers’ data. I updated 70% of customers’ data in half of the period that was giving
to me. This experience developed my work skills in term of handling work’s load and pressure.
Moreover, I worked at Sbitany Sales Center for a year; I started in June, 2012 and I finished
in July 2013. During this year, I learnt a lot in term of sales’ techniques and marketing strategies.
Also, I got to meet all kind of customers.
Later on, I started working at the Small Enterprise Center in September 2013. I was part of
a team that was working on UNDP project (Deep). This experience added the value of my team
work experience, in addition, I was a trainer in the field of business planning, marketing planning,
coaching, and presentation skills.

2. In May 2015, I started working with ICMB call services based in Dubai. I was in charge
of controlling and monitoring market prices to assist clients to make the best economic decisions.
Also, I was in charge of making sure that the guidelines of the agreements between us and clients
are being implement and report any error to right managers.
Currently, I am working as a Business Development Specialist. I have been working on
publishing efficient business plans for different projects. Also, I have been working on developing
training courses. It is important to mention that I am highly interested in being a trainer since it is
the field that I feel that I can show all my strengths.
Finally, my previous experiences developed my capabilities. Currently, I am capable to
accomplish many potential tasks within my field. I have a good knowledge in English language
and advanced computer skills especially in MS Office,
