Personal Statement
I graduated at Ban Josip Jelacic School, Croatia, in which I studied Tourism and Hotel management. The School has
a diverse program which thought me everything in the fields of tourism, three foreign languages and many items in
the field of economics, including sales and accounting and finances.
During my student days I developed a great passion for sales and working with people. I wanted to expand my
knowledge in the field of economics so I enrolled in the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb where I studied
Accounting and Finance and Sales. Sadly I did not graduate due to some health issues.

EMPLOYMENT SUMMARY
"Globale Elektro" LTC, Zagreb, June 2015 - August 2015
I worked in sales of goods used for protection of electrical installations. My job was to call potential
buyers and offer them our goods. Translating business e-mails from Croatian to German and English and
vice versa and doing inventory checks.
That job demanded good English and German knowledge, patience, politeness and a keen eye while
counting the goods.
2. Tourist Agency "Autoturist Park", Zagreb, July 2012 - August 2012
I worked in sales of travel arrangements, group and individual, had to create some arrangements,
present arrangements to Primary & High Schools and Nursing homes and had to explain the product.
During my job learned the art of sales, the fine line between being suggestive and not overselling it.
Again, this job demanded patience and advanced people skills.

I was a receptionist for three months. This position demands a huge level of patience, professionalism,
politeness, multiple language skills and advanced social skills. Being a receptionist I truly learned work
with people for if anyone has a problem they would come to the reception to complain.

My role was waiting tables. It is a position in which you have direct position with the guests an it
demands focus, advanced social skills, good memory and very good language skills.
Cleaning personal
In the cleaning personal my role was to assist the hotel maids in cleaning of the hotel rooms, the
hallways, the lobby. That job demands precision, perfectionism and high hygiene level. There is also a
huge level of thrust while cleaning the rooms in which a guests are currently staying in.
