4. About Me
Rexhino Kovaci is a Founder and Ceo of Designing
Companies Modex and DI Design whom has collaborated
with Snapchat and Filter POP (1.5 Billion interactions
worldwide) , with experiences of participating Europeans
activates and sharing his knowledge's with other fellows.
His background in gaming, developing, visual design, User
Interface and User Experience and creating two games in
different categories and achieving the 1st prize in Startup
Grind Tirana – Pristina and winning the national
competition in 3 MINUTE SCIENCE, two years in row taking
part in National Olympics of Informatics 2nd prize and 1st
Prize.
He has knowledge in computer programming such as:
HTMl, Java, Python, C++. Ruby, Unity Programming.
Learning more and achieving more have made him
achieving more experiences and being more competitive.
Rexhino also got honors in School and is actually the class
tutor with 4.0 GPA (10.0 in ALBANIAN system) and is
holding the 1st account in Behance
Rexhino is currently working as a freelance marketing
director, developer and is always interested in a challenge. 4

Some of our objectives are: To make an influence on
Albanian youths on developing. To share more experiences
in software engineering, app development and more .
Will this be beneficial?
Start-ups are known all around the world and they are
frequently activing and sharing new ideas but in Albania no
more than 3 in these 10 – 12 years, of course this will be
beneficial for everyone in the need for computer
programming in this country is growing more and more
because the market is seeking for any developer in
Countries in development. This will be a worth sharing
ideas and creativity with participants and to able to raise
their level in a different state and being able to understand
the harsh of computer programming.

7. Who will be able to participate?
We’re pretty sure Albanian youths are interested in programming, development, computer engineering because we’re
entering different divisions for everyone and this activity will be a worth sharing experience and learning more expanding
the knowledge's with everyone.
Where will it take part?
There are many institutions in Tirana which are able to
give us the needed materials. We have two options
