A multinational company that deals with production of socks at large
scale since 1992. Second largest company in Pakistan which deals with
socks production to exports. Its production fulfills the requirement of
customers at global level. They specialize in all types of Sports /
Athletics / Casual Socks for Men, Ladies and Children. They are one of
the largest manufacturers and exporters of Sport Socks from Pakistan.

Dynamic Sportswear Company is worth full company with high standards. It is built
with an aim to provide a quality product to its customers. Worldwide needs are
fulfilled by this company. For the sake of production, they use Automatic, Modern
machinery for nice work. The production is divided into 3 departments: first
department produce socks by using different threads of different colors according to
need, then second department make designs on them, after this process, the socks
are transferred to third department. Here they are dyed and pressed. Then they are
packed.

Making a choice from two or more alternatives is called decision making. Dynamic
Sportswear Company’s managers also face that face of decision making. There
could be two type of decisions:
•Structured Decisions
•Unstructured Decisions
Structured Decisions:
Such decisions in which company’s goals are clear and managers know how to deal
with it.
Unstructured Decisions:
Problems that are unusual and for which information is incomplete and ambiguous.
While doing daily business, such structured decisions are made by heads of
departments. But in case of unstructured decisions, these are shifted to upper

Dynamic Sportswear Company has motivation policy according to level of
their employees. There are three types of employees:
Professionals
Well trained and skilled persons.
Contingent workers
Is a provisional group of workers who work for an organization on a non-
permanent basis, also known as freelancers, independent professionals,
temporary contract workers, independent contractors or consultants.
Low skilled employees
Includes labor, that are working on daily wages and are not so skilled.

operative manner. While visiting the company,
we observed that what is management and it
effect the whole organization.
