Overview: Project Management and Execution of Wisma Guthrie’s Asset Enhancement Refurbishment Works.
Headline: Redhuan Turns-around 37-year-old Wisma Guthrie
Project Details:
1. Wisma Guthrie is a 37 year-old purpose built commercial office building.
2. Encompassing 60, 000 ft2 net-lettable area, 6 Storeys and 81 parking bays.
3. Existing Mechanical and Electrical services included 2 passenger elevators, 1 dumbwaiter, chill-water air
conditioning and additional air-cool package unit.
4. Building was unoccupied for a year prior to enhancement works.
Parties Involved:
1. Internal Team consisted of Senior Manager, Supervising Officer, Project Manager (Self), Contracts Manager.
2. External Team consisted of the appointment of the following consultants; Mechanical and Electrical Engineer,
Quantity Surveyor, Architect, and the Main-Contractor.
Asset Enhancement of Wisma Guthrie, Damansara Heights
Tenants were overall satisfied with services made available and overall facelift done. Paid above market rate for tenancy of the aged asset and
systems. Naming rights and Corporate Image of tenant was incorporated during tenancy stint of the said anchor tenant. Zero major breakdowns have
been reported since.

Headline: Redhuan Instills Sustainable Practices for aged Wisma Sime Darby
Project Details:
1. Wisma Sime Darby is a 22-storey office building situated strategically at the intersection of Jalan Raja Laut and Jalan Sultan Ismail.
2. The building, spanning across 21 levels also offers 552 parking bays within its compound and has approx. 479, 000 ft2 of lettable office space.
3. The building still runs the original water cooled package unit air-conditioning system.
Parties Involved:
1. Internal Team consisted of Facilities Management Team, Sustainability and Quality Department, Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Unit
2. External Team consisted of the appointment of the following consultants; auditors from SIRIM Bhd and an Energy Manager.
