1. Project Aims and Objectives:
To provide the in-house Car Manufacture Division with two detailed Pre –
Acquisition and fully costed Reports on two industrial premises. Total foot print
of both premises was 125,000 square feet.
Consultant Services Included:
• Defined the Clients brief and agreed Consultancy fees
• Managed Health & Safety
• Undertook internal and external condition survey
• Production of a Pre – acquisition report which formed part of the Lease
• Estimated landlord remedial costs and in-house strip out & fit out costs
• Identified and defined local law on business acquisitions, including costs
Accomplishments:
Successfully undertook two surveys and produced acquisition reports of car
manufacturing facilities, outside the UK. This was achieved by researching the
local market, applying European standards and working with diverse teams.

and medium term vacant industrial premises.
Consultant Services Included:
• Defined the Clients brief and agreed Consultancy fees
• Procured and managed a M&E Consultant
• Managed Health & Safety
• Undertook internal and external condition survey
• Production of a Pre - acquisition report which formed part of the Lease
• Estimated landlord remedial costs and in-house strip out & fit out costs
Accomplishments:
Due to poor management during the construction works, an additional
authoritative remit was granted. I speedily completed the following: -
1. Awarding Practical Completion to the Contractor
2. Establishing the defects liability period
3. Leading the Contractor to gaining Building Licence, from the Council
4. Ensuring the H&S File was produced
5. Gaining Landlords Consent to alter the premises
6. Providing additional information for the Lease
• Producing drawings of the Clients demise and operations.
• Scheduling alterations
• Negotiations and agreeing with the Owners Agents the reinstatement of
the premises at Lease End, including costs.

company
