 Supervised a team of 140 drivers, routers,and dispatchers at Durham School Services. Responsible for
selection, termination, performance appraisal and employee development. Conducted accident
investigations. Spearheaded Field Trip and Charters program. Partnered with teachers, administrators,
and program specialists in 5 schooldistricts to facilitate the transportation of special-needs students.
 Supervised FedEx cargo load teams, planned aircraft loads, and calculated aircraft weight and balance.
Trained over 1000 FedEx employees in Oakland and Memphis in aircraft safety,cargo loader
operation, load planning, leadership, and weight and balance. Developed certification process for
FedEx Memphis training assistantsthat cut training wait-time 50%. Designed streamlined new hire
orientation for FedEx Oakland that saved $6K/month in hourly wages. Co-developed on-the-job safety
