• 28 years of experience working with State Department of Transportation, Shipping Declara-
tions, and Host Nation policies, including international rules and regulations. Worked in
extreme temperatures. Operated in various hazardous environments without mishaps.
• Accounted for more than .5 acres of Hazardous Materials which include inventory, order-
ing, and stock rotation. Operates trucks, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and special
purpose equipment (SPE), motive equipment operator, associated with petroleum equip-
ment
• Safely handled, stored and distributed over 6.5 million gallons of JP8 fuel in the last five
years with zero discrepancies (Safety Infractions), zero mishaps. . Operates Fuel Tankers/
Trucks when required to include fueling/de-fueling storage tankers as well as stationary
equipment.
• Safeguarded property and equipment by storing it in appropriate storage containers, valued
in excess of 11 million dollars in the last five years with zero loss or damage. Proactive
stance on emergency actions to prevent harm to self and facilities in the event of petroleum
spillage or fire.
• Developed and implemented a Driver’s Training Course Program for the company. Trained
300 personnel and licensed over 250 personnel safely and efficiently. Conducts daily Pre-
ventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on associated equipment.

compliance with all Army Regulations pertaining to their assigned tasking. Initiated and
