Starts off as a lifesaving officer with the Singapore Civil Defence since 1996 as a fire and rescue specialist till end of contract
service, keen and interest develops bigger to indulge as a safety trainee in concurrent with the designation set with Temasek
Holding Singapore. With much determination to explore due to further ascertain knowledge till 2008, doors were open and
opportunity were given to widen knowledge for plant and tankage Construction in the Oil and Gas (Petrochemical) Industry.
Since the involvement in the Oil & Gas Industry initially as a HSES Supervisor for Oiltanking Odfjell Singapore Chem. 5/6, Phase
10 Project, with proud had successfully managed multiple programs and projects across organizations throughout the system
development cycle. Provide leadership and direction during meetings and team sessions in communicating project status, risk
and risk mitigations strategies, optimal business solutions and drive towards a common goal. Promotions were given as a Senior
Lead HSE Coordinator. With that capabilities known by the project management team, deployment were set to assist in projects
overseas such as in the UAE (United Arab Emirates).
In 2010, wider scope were task to in the US$1.2b mega SATORP Project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Had effectively collaborated,
directed and managed both functional and technical teams during the implementation of the project. Were appointed as a
Tankage Superintendent cum ERT Chief for production support and maintenance and provide guidance and direction to the
team in analysis and solution development. Established best practices and increased process efficiency work streams. Over a
span period of over 3 years in Saudi, projects end successfully and were tasked next to an Integrated Of Major Players namely
Shell, Sinopec and TOTAL project named Lube Park Shared Facilities (LPSF) in 2013.
By the end of 2013, changes of path were made to expose self-capabilities with the current management for other overseas
mega project.
