PROFILE
I consider myself as a hard working individual with a lot of energy and initiative. I enjoy being
around people and use my experience gained in both previous and present fields to practice.
My experience in different job environments has shaped me both as an individual and as an
employee.
Field Observer (March 2016 – May 2016)

The role of a field observer in this scenario consist of surveying and identification of migrating
species and their presence within various environments. This permits responsibility due to the
accuracy of the data noted, responsibility within in-situ study period also include the
performance of field assistants.
Sales Assistant (August 2015 – Present)

Key duties and responsibilities include, stock control and replenishment, ensuring goods are in
an adequate manner, helping customers to choose outfits and providing help with any query,
carrying out till duties, solving any customer or product problems with quick thinking decisions,
whilst also ensuring up- selling process with clients. As an experienced employee it is also my
responsibility to train new staff and illustrate company infrastructure to newcomers.

As a Sales Assistant I was engaged in the customer care duties as well as floor duties such as
stock replenishment and till activities. Solving and handling customer’s queries and complaints
where a key part of my role as a Sales Assistant, furthermore, working within a team was an
important element during my time at Urban Jungle Malta.
Stacker & Counter Assistant (August 2013 – August 2014)

During my period as a Counter Assistant my key responsibilities where to ensure that all
products were fresh and replenishment was being done continuously. Handling and solving
customer queries and complaints was a recurring element throughout this working experience.
My time within the Arkadia complex also included the role of a stacker which comprised the
ensurance of incoming stock with regards to condition and quantities, confirming invoices with
stock as well was stacking on relevant shelves. Meeting health and safety regulations was
crucial, hence keeping the utmost condition of the shop floor and working space was a
paramount element.
Cashier (January 2013 – August 2013)

As a cashier my key responsibilities where to efficiently carry out till services and carry out
counter assistance. Furthermore, helping customers with any product queries or issues, my role
also included stacking of products and management of stores when necessary. Management of
shop floor was a crucial responsibility in order to meet company’s expectations.
