architecture and known for it’s haunting charm. Known for hosting many
dignitaries in the early 20th century there is something more curious about
this hotel - The ghost of Lady Garnett who was found dead in her room with
the door locked from inside. Traces of prussic acid (hydrogen cyanide) were
found in the autopsy. They say she is still searching for her murderer.
The facts of this case reached Rudyard Kipling, who wrote to Arthur Conan
Doyle urging him to write a story about a “murder by suggestion”. Though he
never did so, he mentioned it to X, leading to her first detective story Y which
featured a detective everyone has grown to admire.

hilarious shock for the king to wake up to the water pond the next morning. Everyone started
