This study uses a quantitative
approach as the objective is to
examine the influenceof leadership
styles and social quotient on
employees’performances

The theoretical principles that
support this study were chosen out
through library and internet
research methods.

using the SPSS (Statistical Package
of Social Sciences)

Secondary Data
• The reliability of the data was
assessed using the Cronbach alpha
reliability coefficient
CONCLUSION

According to the achieved results, the
rank of the componentsof social
quotient that have the biggest
influence on employees’performance
is social desirability, social awareness,
social skills, and processing social
information.
