 Daily accounting, evaluation and follow-up of the dishonor list for the
parent company WME and its sister companies:

 Following up on failed payments, ensuring conversion of bad debts
 End-Client Interaction (updating direct debits, getting new card details and
informing about dishonored payments)
 Setting up direct paymentmodes through Ezidebit
 Legal document updates for clients, ABN lookups and managing the
pending legal lists.
 Coordinating with Account Managers about their clients and providing any
financial information needed by the Account Managers with respect to
their client.
 Invoicing for clients using Xero (accounting software)
 Conducting Rebills via Ezidebit
 Determining payoutfigures for cancelling/reconciling clients
 Responsiblefor responding to email queries fromClients.
 Reporting daily to the Head of Finance Department and the
Quality Assurancemanager of the company.
 Helping the department with my supervisor’s duties during times when
he/she were on leave.
