2. MEANING: Training refers to an education process in which employees
get a chance to develop skills, competency and learning as per the post
duty requirements. So simply we can say it is a process of increasing
knowledge and skills of an employee. Trainings are performed in an aim
of improving knowledge and skill that are needed to perform their
