A. Customer Care and Relationship
- Build and manage relationship with key account team in the areas of day to day customer
service activities including key account enquiry, cargo status, claim and dispute resolution

and enforcing new policies for delivering services to customer
b. Review and re-configure and maintain standard operating procedures and policies relating to
customer expectation.
3. Sales Support (at PT.Cipta Krida Bahari)

1. To support sales executive activity such as:
a. Prepare pre qualification tender documents max 2 days before the dateline submission
b. Ensure the documents are complete to pass the pre-qualification stage to go to bid stage
c. Prepare neat bid proposal documents and ensure the documents are complete as required in

d. Update weekly customer service activity report.

a. Ensure DA validation correctly and be done on time
b. Ensure supporting docs attached completely by alignment with sales support team
c. Release DA with correct pricing scheme as stipulated in contract
4. To produce and update performance report such as score card that is required customer, such
as:
a. Collect customer related data from various internal and external sources
b. Identify sales and customer related issue
c. Handling claim process
d. Monitor the implementation of ISO/OHSAS in his/her workgroup.
4. Bussiness Delevopment Coordinator (at PT.Panalpina Nusajaya Transport)
