Processing of Suppliers & Subcontractors/PRW/Hire Vehicles & Machinery bills etc.
Preparation of MIS Reports & feedback to HO/RO.
Monitoring of material reconciliation with suppliers & Sub Contractors/LCs and PRWS;
Monitoring of Physical Verification of Inventory & Fixed Assets periodically.
Providing a supportive role in the Quarterly/annual closing of Accounts.
Attending of Audit Reports, Scrutiny of accounts & long outstanding balances.
Responsibilities relating to Taxation Matters
Preparation & Submission of IT-TDS data to HO for making payment.
Obtaining Sales Tax Registrations wherever necessary
Preparation of Sales Tax/VAT/CST data and filing returns timely and accurately.
Collection of C Forms from Sales Tax Dept.
Monitoring of C Forms/E-I/E-II Forms;
Attending for Sales Tax/WCT, VAT Audits/Assessments.
Liaising with Sales Tax Department.
Preparation of Service Tax data and filing returns timely & accurately.
Payment of WCT & Service Tax timely & accurately.
Attending for Service Tax assessments.
Preparation of documents for completion of assessments
Attending personally for the sales tax personal hearings.
Coordination with consultants regarding preparation of Annual returns & VAT Audits.
Liaison with Clients
Verify the RA Bills raised to Clients and monitoring the payments.
