In my Career I have been exposed to various projects encompassing human relations to hardcore
mining techniques. In the build up to my eventual appointment I have been exposed to an
extreme variety of aspects of mining and have various achievements to my name as well as being
key to the successes of various individuals as well as departments. One of my specific
characteristics is that I have the ability to influence people. I work well in a team but are totally
equip and comfortable working on my own. I am capable of running multiple projects together as
well as focusing on a project at a time depending on the situation. I understand what it means to
adapt and recognize this as a necessary trademark to achieve should a situation arrives that
warrants it. My analytical sense is well developed and has helped me in various stages of my life
to find the optimal solution to a problem. This also gives me the ability to understand and
appreciate how various aspects and departments interact with one another and how they can
