In the mining business for 27 years. Before mining: Participated in Farming technology, own private business, senior Financial Advisor at Sanlam, and for the last 12 years built up skills and expertise in Drop Raising (upside- down Box-holing ), achieved excellent production results and set up records in production and safety of mining in the Platinum sector of the mining spectrum. Completed all 3 ETDP SETA- Accredited Qualifications( Registered and certificated ) to be able to carry on to train candidates/employees ie; " Facilitation; Assessors; Moderators.
