Works with management, subject matter experts/trainers and stakeholders to determine requirements and ideal timing for training events. <br /> Owns management of local private training facilities.  Works as department point of contact or owner for local program teams and initiatives (such as local language support coaching programs or new hire integration) as required.  <br /> Owns local relationship with Intel University.  May develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness.  Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.<br />The IT Support Specialists (ITTSA’S) provide first, second, and/or third level customer support for the applications/systems based on service level agreements. They support internal employees, and/or external customers/suppliers globally. The ITSS documents and troubleshoots problems for resolution. The ITSS must become familiar with the systems they support and with current business processes. <br />ITTSA's provide or coordinate training to internal employees, peers, or other levels of support (e.g., Level 1) and provide subject matter expertise to training departments.
