Social Housing experience
I have 13 years specific experience in this sector; all my roles have predominantly been
public facing; meeting with tenants and residents on a day to day basis. I liaise with various
internal and external agencies; including the repairs partner and approved contractors. I
undertake detailed report writing, creating methods of works specifications and schedules
of work.
I oversee a variety of responsive repairs and planned maintenance tasks, including;
 Surveying of various housing stock, including high rise and low rise flats, houses and
sheltered units, also communal areas.
 Pre and post inspections.
 Building pathology, diagnosing severe mould issues (working closely with our
ventilation specialists) and formulating remedial measures to be actioned by our
repairs partnering contractor.
 Carrying out condition surveys and overseeing litigation works.
