Social Housing experience
I have 13 years specific experience in this sector; all my roles have predominantly been
public facing; meeting with tenants and residents on a day to day basis. I liaise with various
internal and external agencies; including the repairs partner and approved contractors. I
undertake detailed report writing, creating methods of works specifications and schedules
of work.
I oversee a variety of responsive repairs and planned maintenance tasks, including;
Surveying of various housing stock, including high rise and low rise flats, houses and
sheltered units, also communal areas.
Pre and post inspections.
Building pathology, diagnosing severe mould issues (working closely with our
ventilation specialists) and formulating remedial measures to be actioned by our
repairs partnering contractor.
Carrying out condition surveys and overseeing litigation works.
