Letter of recommendation
To Whom It May Concern:
This reference letter is provided at the request of Mr Stephane Peignelin in regards to the twelve week
internship he recently did with us. Stephane was completely integrated within our staff and helped us
consequently for both our activities in New Caledonia and Australia. I was his manager throughout his
experience with us.
During that period of time, he has demonstrated wonderful commitment to our activity and an
everyday positive attitude. Both qualities have made him a valuable member of our team. I am
confident that it was not only a positive internship but also a partnership. His technical skills combined
with a strong determination to succeed made him reach all the targets that were defined for his
mission. Stephane succeeded also in creating substantial add value in our projects and finally worked
as one of our engineer, which aspect was one of many positive result of this internship (to be able to
think and act in a business orientated manner).
Stephane was mainly involved in two of our on-going projects:
Understand the applicable laws and regulations in Australia in regards to the Major Hazard
Facilities (MHF) and create relevant tools to be used for our commercial expansion and a
technical support to our clients.
Improve existing tools, but also create and implement new features to master the Hazardous
Area Inspection Process for one of our client in New Caledonia.
Always ready for a new challenge, Stephane did bring very valuable skills to our business. But he also
evolved from a very talented ‘doer’ to a junior engineer facing and resolving complex problems. For
me and Neodyme Australia this internship will remain as a very good experience and I believe we did
everything for Stephane so he can say the same.
Please let me know if you need further information.
Sincerely,
Brisbane, 18th
