I write to recommend Stephen Mwega. I was initially impressed with Stephen’s
enthusiasm and professional demeanour when I first hired him as a Software
Engineer for ubiquitous information tools limited. During the period he was
employed there (I have since moved on from the company), he was consistent
in his demonstration of professionalism, and I heartily endorse him for any
software engineering position.
Stephen is reliable, dedicated and although soft spoken, constantly a quiet
force that gets work done. Stephen is able to multitask, and effectively handles
a high-volume workload. He consistently met or surpassed all periodic tasks
that were set, and his interpretation of technical- to lay-terms was always
accurate and thorough.
Of particular value to me was Stephen’s team spirit, enthusiastic embrace of
change, ability to work with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment
to exceeding expectations. Although a new graduate at the time, Stephen
proved his value in assisting to manage a complex software engineering project
with consistent and successful results. Because of his exceptional attention to
detail, he was given additional tasks that called upon his training in solutions
design and development, content management and documentation
management.
