My Birth Mom
Starting in 1990's my mom is a foster home for newborns and infants. When parents can not take care of their children they go into loving foster
homes. My mom will go to the hospital and pick up day old baby's and take care of them till the parents can take care of them or adopted into willing
homes where they will live a full and happy life. My birth mom has bipolar and depression and had a 3 grade level across the boards and my birth dad
has a obsessive compulsive disorder and has a 4th grade level across the boards so when i was born it was so hard for them to take care of me. With my
parents not knowing how to raise my child protective services came in and put me into foster care. My mom got a call and was told that a little girl

Mother Essay : My Mother
My Mom Moms are the most special and pure beings in the world. They are that being who gives everything for love, for her home, for her children
and grandchildren. The mother is such a blessed woman that she endures so many things for the sake of her children, while many times we are
ungrateful to them, assuming that our mothers will always be there for us.
When moms still there with you, it is fortunate to have her, because the kind of love she gives is the purest you can ever find. My mom, for example,
is very special to me, since she has taught me how to live and how to value things in life. She has always been present at all times and has not spent a
single day in which she has forgotten to give me her blessing. she is the one who...show more content...
She always encourages me to work hard, stay focus and never give up. She has been a great example of how to be an excellent mother and wife. What I
admire most about her is that when I was a baby she used to work everyday and I am surprised that she always had time for me and her work, I mean
that working and taking care of a baby is very difficult. Everyday she gets up to work, to be sure that I have everything I need. She's a mother and wife
focused on giving her family the best of her. If my family were in need, she would do whatever it takes to get what is needed.
Another reason why my mother is very special is because she always makes space and takes time to go to my volleyball games. She sometimes has
to drive three or four hours and stay in a hotel just to be present in my games. She gets really involved in the game, she cheers a lot, and she is my
number one cheerleader. My mom sometimes takes goodies to treat my teammates. They all respect and love her because how she treats everyone
on the team. She gets excited and has a lot of fun in my games. I'm thankful for what my mom has done for me. Everyday she's looking for different
ways to improve my lifestyle. The sacrifices she has to make to help me move forward is something I will never be able to pay her back. There's
nothing better than share with her my challenges and achievements. I always ask God to bless me allowing me to have

Parents are one of the most beautiful things that could happen to anyone. They are always there by your side no matter what; they always want the
best for their children. They can be strict and protective, its because they love their kids and they don't want them to get hurt. My parents are special to
me because with all the hard time that they had to have me and my siblings in their life they still fought for us and didn't give up, even after 17 years
of trying. But for me? The greatest of all is my mom. She is the one that I look up too. She is the greatest of all. Simple, funny, strict, protective, but
yet she is the best.

your best friend".
Your mom is your best friend, sister, and your whole life. She helps you be successful and always wants what's best for you and your future. Mothers
choose to go through tough times and rocky roads just to make sure that her off sprigs are in a good shape and are in excellent health. Mothers would

Descriptive Essay About My Mom
Blonde hair, blue eyes, and a smile that you'll never forget. By definition my mom is just a mom, but to me, she is a superhero. To say the least my
mom has been through hell and back, but clinging to hope and faith she has jumped every hurdle that is placed in front of her. To be half the woman my
mother is, will be a true blessing.
My mom has one of those laughs that is contagious, one that you can't help but laugh along. She has crystal blue eyes that'll make anyone with
brown eyes jealous, long blonde hair, and just the right amount of freckles. Without a doubt, she has the biggest heart and the kindest soul I have ever
seen. She would drop anything and everything to help whoever was in need. Her love for her children is indescribable. There was never a time that I
didn't see my mom cheering in the stands at every game, coming to every parent–teacher night, or watching at every dance recital.
Growing up was nothing short of easy, attending 6 different schools by the time she was 15 due to overcrowding, moving, and alternative reasons.
She was forced to drop out in the eleventh grade because my oldest brother was on his way. "One night can change your life forever." My mom
was 16 with a newborn baby, struggling to make it day by day. Her parents didn't condone her having a baby at such a young age so they wanted
her out. "Do you know what it feels like to be so young, so scared, and having your parents want nothing to do with you or the baby you're about to
have?" Overcoming all of those obstacles, my parents both went back to school and eventually opened their own business in child care. When I ask
my mom what she would do differently in her early life, she always answers with "not a darn thing".
Owning a child care center had its ups and downs. There were always those kids who would come in with rags for clothes, and shoes that looked
about 8 months too small. My mom had the biggest heart for those kids, always wanting to just take them home and care for them. There was a time
when 3 sisters enrolled, all being about a year and a half apart from each other. Their mother was abusing drugs and the boyfriend seemed to be
abusing the kids. Seeing the marks and listening to the oldest sister tell stories of

What can one say about their mother? One may talk about her positive and negative characteristics. There are so many great traits I love and admire
about my mom, that it would be difficult and unfair to write about just one. Being strong, generous and optimistic are all some great personality traits,
which my mother possesses.
Ever since I can remember, my mother has been a strong individual. She raised my brother and I financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually
by herself. My mom gave her all, by that I mean, she worked two jobs to make sure her children ate properly and that they had the essential amenities
to grow happily and successfully. Another way she supported us was with love and care. My mom...show more content...

conquer it. My mother My mother has always had strong faith and views in her religion. When I was younger, every day and night, she would bring
prayer time to me and my brother's attention. My mom instilled As a child, my mother displayed the seriousness of spirituality. In which she expressed
her faith in us at an early age, that prayer time was not the time to make jokes nor to complain about having to partake in it.
One lesson she taught us the most, was how seriousness about our spiritual beliefs could provide us with a substantial, stable and structural lifestyle.
My mother's heart is at its purest when giving. I witnessed my mother chip in and pay for people's rent, car notes, and buying them groceries. Although
my mother's intentions were good, occasionally, her generosity has been taken advantage of. One time a close friend of the family, came to my mother
in desperate need. He asked her to loan him a large amount of money, with the agreement that he would pay back in either monthly or weekly
installments. My mom never did see the money that was due to her. Despite the incident she still gives and encourages others to give, whether is it a
donation, or volunteering your time in your community. My

My Mother And Mother
My mother was my primary caregiver throughout all of my childhood. While my father was in the picture for a majority of my childhood, he was
also a severe alcoholic which greatly impacted my upbringing. My rules, obligations, and expectations were not always set in stone and did often
depend on the time, situation, and/or mood of my parents. I think it is normal for parents to differ slightly in their parenting styles occasionally. As a
young kid I remember my sister and I being very aware that the mood my mother was in greatly contributed to the outcome of a question or event. I
think most, if not all of us can relate to this. Overall however, I would say that my mother had an authoritative parenting style. My mother made is very
clear that she was the parent and in charge, however she was welcoming and understanding enough that I felt comfortable coming to her with
questions or problems. My mom was also very encouraging and supportive. She always pushed me to do my best but never made me feel bad if I
did not reach my goals. I was lucky to have such a great relationship with my mom, not everyone does. As a young teenager I had many friends who
would come to me with questions and concerns because they knew my mom was so open–minded and understanding. My mom was always my parent
first and my friend second. I knew what was expected of me and I was disciplined for bad behavior, however I always knew I could go to her with
anything I needed.
My father, like many addicts was

My Mom Taught Me
Looking back through my life, i have realized my mother has taught me the most. The one who means the most to me, the one person that has been
the absolute best she can be for me and our family, always. The strongest most wise human being i know has been in my life since day one, which i
am forever grateful for. "The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything." This quote is something my
mom has always lived by and taught her kids at a young age. We weren't rich, didn't have everything we needed at times but we always had ourfamily
and love that went all around, which was enough for us. My mom is honestly my rock, she has been there for me through everything. Throughout life
we have definitely had our differences, mostly it's me, the teenager wanting to do something stupid and my mom trying to show me why i shouldn't
make these careless decisions. As a teenager you might think you are grown and know everything that's why the parents are there to knock some sense
into our brains, they have been through the same exact stuff, they can shed some light on the situation. Parents try to teach their kids to learn from their
mistakes but, everyone has to learn from their own mistakes. So the parents can only do their best at teaching their children morals. My mother has
taught me everything i know, starting off with being grateful everyday, living in the moment every single day, to seize the day. My mom has taught me

My Hero : My Mother As A Hero
Everybody has heard of a hero and needs a hero in their life. From Clark Kent really being Superman to Paul in the new movie "Downsizing", there are
everyman heroes to superheroes. In my eyes, I see my mother as a hero. She's not just a hero to me. She's a hero to plenty of people in her life. She's
my personal hero because of her journey. That would categorize her as an everyman hero because she's relatable to everyman and woman. To illustrate
her heroic journey, I would have to start at the beginning.
The beginning is before she had her stroke. Ten years ago, my brother was about to graduate high school and my mother was living a healthy,
fulfilling life or so she thought. My mother was known for outdrinking the men and partying hard. She didn't allow being a mother prevent her from
having a good time. She favored having so much of a good time that she neglected my brother and I. This was her ordinary world.
Three months after my brother graduated, my mother had a terrible stroke. It was so terrible it left her right side entirely paralyzed. She found
herself disabled, not able to speak, and having to learn how to do the basic motor skills all over again. It's as if someone pressed a reset button on her
life. My mother was devastated as was I. As you may have guessed it, this was her call to adventure.
And of course, like most people before her, she refused to adapt to a new way of living. No longer able to party, she had to rely on someone to care for
her. For the

My mom hollered for all of the kids to come into the living room. Me being ten, my sister eight, and my brother six, all of us wanted to devour, and
inhale, the information that she was progressing to announce. First, Mom and Dad settled on the couch, fingers entwined. Finally, my mom spilled
the beans that we were going to have another brother or sister. I sprang up and started chanting that I was going to have another sister. My mom
informed me that it may also be a boy. I wasn't too thrilled to hear that, but I was still excited that I was going to be receiving another sister that might
let me perform on her hair.

We have lived with Daphne in the family for two weeks, and she has to visit the doctors because she will not stop screaming. Every time we hold her,
or lift her up, she screams and cries non stop. The doctors informed us that she was so large when she came out, that her collarbone snapped. At first,
it surprised us that the doctors didn 't know that when she was born, but she was nine lbs and one oz.
Daphne is two now, time has zipped by. Her first word was Jayhawk. We are taking her to the Tanganyika zoo for her first time ever. When we
arrived at the park that was there, she could hardly wait to slide down the tallest slide. With her grippy shoes and all, she went walking as fast as
she could to my dad so that he could carry her to the towering slide. When she slid down the slide with my dad, her grippy shoes caught the side of
the slide, as my dad was going down, and her leg bone snapped. We couldn't fathom for an entire week that her leg could possibly be broken, and she
couldn 't quite communicate yet so we didn't know what was with her erroneous actions.
Daphne is now three. We are going camping at our Aunt and Uncle 's farm for spring break. They don 't have any electricity, so we started making a
fire in the fire pit. We were successful. Two dogs were there, and Daphne, admiring animals her entire life, was chasing them around. Daphne was
wondering backwards toward the fire and tripped over the stone blocks that were

My Inspiration My mom essentially is the most inspirational person to me in a basically big way. When I specifically feel down she comforts me,

younger she basically had kind of big hair because she kind of lived in the 80's in a subtle way. When she's sad she doesn't show it because she can
very timid, so she wore leg warmers and fairly bright neon colors in a pretty major way. When she's angry she will essentially let you know,
demonstrating that she actually puts her foot down and generally holds her ground when she particularly has to, pretty further showing how she really
was a very stylish teenager, which mostly is quite significant. When she's proud, she tells me and generally makes generally sure I basically know she

That same week on friday we packed to go to the beach and spend the weekend together. We all get in the car and it doesn't last long till the silence
is broken, being my age and knowing I might have two new sisters was not an idea I had in mind. I hated it. It was miserable. The whole way
down to the beach we argued about things i realize now were the most stupid things you could fight over. Like how far the others person's seat in
front was pushed back, or even just fighting over who did something the best. It felt like forever that we were on the road, but we eventually get to
the beach. We get to the hotel we were staying at and that started another issue. Who was gonna get the beds and couch and which two were sleeping
on the floor. It took forever it seemed but we picked straws and ended up getting the couch. Not gonna lie it was fun at the beach. We had brought
some shovels and some things to make sand castles out of. So apart from the arguing that happened, we all ended up having a great time.
Now my dad and Kristi have been dating for about nine months and they have been talking about getting married for awhile now. I myself have
gotten used to the fact that they we going to end up getting married sooner or later. And that ended up being a true fact. My dad on March 25, 2007

My Reflection On My Mother Essay
A mother is someone who can take the place of all others but no one can take the place of her. There are many different definitions you could use to
describe your mother. My mother, Pam Krull, fits every one of those. Today I decided to pick the three that I thought was most important to me. I
admire and aspire to be like my mother because of how supportive, how selfless, and how loving she is. My mom has gone through a lot to get where
she is today. I will begin by telling you a little bit about my mom's background. My mom grew up outside of George with her parents, Harris and Bev
Kaster, and her three siblings, Erik, Brad, and Kristy. She attended George High School when they were still Blue Jays. My mom was involved in
a lot of different activities. She was in the play, large group and individual speech, a cheerleader, played the drums in band, was in student council,
secretary of her class, REC club, band, and jazz band. In her free time she hung out with friends and her sister. She had a few jobs growing up also.
She babysat a lot, worked at the library, and the dentist office. My mother also helped teach bible school, catechism, and attended youth group at Hope
Reformed Church. My mother met my dad, Doug Krull when she was a junior in high school. They dated for a while and ended getting married. They
then had three beautiful daughters, Allyssa, Megan, and Rebecca. My mom went to Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, to get her education

My Experience With My Mom
A memory described in impeccable detail with regards to the time of day, weather, and individuals present was recalled upon by a loving mother
as tears welled up in her eyes. She then went on to explain a chaotic scene describing the panic as she discovered that her two year old child was
lying seemingly lifeless in her pool. Her imagery painted a picture as if she was witnessing the event in that exact moment. However, she was
pertaining to an event that occurred five years earlier. Her child was in the room adjacent to us, and was left with major brain damage from the
traumatic event. This image has been embedded in my memory since the day I accompanied my mom at work following the "take your child to
work day" tradition during my fifth grade year in elementary school. My mom is an LPN who at the time was working as a home care nurse for this
child. At the young age of eleven, I was unable to completely understand the circumstances that I was placed in. I watched as my mom tended to every
need for this child who had no means to fend for oneself. It was evident that the chances of recovery were nonexistent, but I witnessed in that moment a
situation that could not be achieved without extensive compassionate and prolonged relational care. The mere sound of hearing my mom's voice would
induce an uncontrollable smile and tensing in the child, expressing the joy of her company. This moment made me realize that there truly was life
preserved in this child, by a relentless mother

My Hero: My Mother Essay
The one person that I could never live without, the reason I am standing till this day, is my mother. My mother is who I thank and admire most of
all. Without her dedication and hard work, I would be in the squatters of the Philippines, stuck in a place where it is a very difficult place to make a

She enjoyed learning and studying in high school. She would lock herself in her room, and sat in a desk that was in the corner of the room. She
would study nonstop, even eating dinner as she read her books. She was so proud of herself when she did great on all her tests and finals. Her

everything, because it was more important. Once she graduated high school with the highest average of her class, she worked even harder in her college

Heroes come in many shapes and sizes, like the iconic heroes we see on the big screen, for example, Batman and Superman, or normal everyday
heroes, like a doctor or a firefighter. But I think that the biggest hero is the one that is closest to me, and that is my Mom. Everyday, I admire and

first realized my Mom was my hero at the age of 5. We had just moved into a small town called Livingston, from New York City. So, naturally, I

have put her through; she forgives. She tells me I have the blood of my dad seeing as how I will always hold a grudge towards someone no matter
what. I know my mom wants the best for her kids,

My Most Important Mentors In My Life : My Mother
I could say I have many mentors in my life, but my most important mentor is my mom. A mentor to me is someone who critically guides you
through your life decisions and provokes endless learning from their life experiences and wisdom. The only person who meets my idea of a
mentor is my mom. I have known her since birth and have always felt loved and cared by her. She gives me every tool I could possibly need to
succeed through primary school and onto postsecondary schooling. She has always given me words of encouragement, been honest when I am in
the wrong, and has always pushed me to reach my potential. I went to my mom on a Sunday, which is family day in our house. We went out to
lunch with my brother since he was visiting from college, and I got the opportunity to ask my mom about her views on Mitch's and my topics. In
my conversation with my mom we talked about three topics; A meaningful life, Family, and Education. Mitch's first topic was what it means to have
a meaningful life. My mom believes that what it means to have a meaningful life, is that it should not be defined by money or other people's
opinions. But rather it should be defined by your happiness and compassion for the things you do in your everyday life. When discussing Mitch's
second topic, family, my mom believes that the most important thing is that family is there for you to be honest, and to be critical of your decisions
in life. We both agreed they should be supportive of your passions and beliefs,

My Birth Mom

  • 1. My Birth Mom Starting in 1990's my mom is a foster home for newborns and infants. When parents can not take care of their children they go into loving foster homes. My mom will go to the hospital and pick up day old baby's and take care of them till the parents can take care of them or adopted into willing homes where they will live a full and happy life. My birth mom has bipolar and depression and had a 3 grade level across the boards and my birth dad has a obsessive compulsive disorder and has a 4th grade level across the boards so when i was born it was so hard for them to take care of me. With my parents not knowing how to raise my child protective services came in and put me into foster care. My mom got a call and was told that a little girl needed Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 2. Mother Essay : My Mother My Mom Moms are the most special and pure beings in the world. They are that being who gives everything for love, for her home, for her children and grandchildren. The mother is such a blessed woman that she endures so many things for the sake of her children, while many times we are ungrateful to them, assuming that our mothers will always be there for us. When moms still there with you, it is fortunate to have her, because the kind of love she gives is the purest you can ever find. My mom, for example, is very special to me, since she has taught me how to live and how to value things in life. She has always been present at all times and has not spent a single day in which she has forgotten to give me her blessing. she is the one who...show more content... She always encourages me to work hard, stay focus and never give up. She has been a great example of how to be an excellent mother and wife. What I admire most about her is that when I was a baby she used to work everyday and I am surprised that she always had time for me and her work, I mean that working and taking care of a baby is very difficult. Everyday she gets up to work, to be sure that I have everything I need. She's a mother and wife focused on giving her family the best of her. If my family were in need, she would do whatever it takes to get what is needed. Another reason why my mother is very special is because she always makes space and takes time to go to my volleyball games. She sometimes has to drive three or four hours and stay in a hotel just to be present in my games. She gets really involved in the game, she cheers a lot, and she is my number one cheerleader. My mom sometimes takes goodies to treat my teammates. They all respect and love her because how she treats everyone on the team. She gets excited and has a lot of fun in my games. I'm thankful for what my mom has done for me. Everyday she's looking for different ways to improve my lifestyle. The sacrifices she has to make to help me move forward is something I will never be able to pay her back. There's nothing better than share with her my challenges and achievements. I always ask God to bless me allowing me to have Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 3. My Mom: Personal Essay: My Mother Mom AlGhalia AlShehab 0013448 Engl112–11 Parents are one of the most beautiful things that could happen to anyone. They are always there by your side no matter what; they always want the best for their children. They can be strict and protective, its because they love their kids and they don't want them to get hurt. My parents are special to me because with all the hard time that they had to have me and my siblings in their life they still fought for us and didn't give up, even after 17 years of trying. But for me? The greatest of all is my mom. She is the one that I look up too. She is the greatest of all. Simple, funny, strict, protective, but yet she is the best. Knowing her for nineteen years of my life. Since the first day that I met her, it's always my...show more content... I learned from her that keeping your sadness and weakness to yourself, because no one lasts for long not even your childhood buddy. Everyone will find a way to leave you somehow, someday, if not today it could be tomorrow if not tomorrow in a thousand years. It's best to keep your weakness to yourself and yourself only, because humans would attack you using your weakness and they could get to you easily. She also always told me no one is your friend except your mom. She says, "Your mom is your best friend". Your mom is your best friend, sister, and your whole life. She helps you be successful and always wants what's best for you and your future. Mothers choose to go through tough times and rocky roads just to make sure that her off sprigs are in a good shape and are in excellent health. Mothers would kill to see their kids in the best condition. If it means that they should give up on them, they would! • 4. Descriptive Essay About My Mom Blonde hair, blue eyes, and a smile that you'll never forget. By definition my mom is just a mom, but to me, she is a superhero. To say the least my mom has been through hell and back, but clinging to hope and faith she has jumped every hurdle that is placed in front of her. To be half the woman my mother is, will be a true blessing. My mom has one of those laughs that is contagious, one that you can't help but laugh along. She has crystal blue eyes that'll make anyone with brown eyes jealous, long blonde hair, and just the right amount of freckles. Without a doubt, she has the biggest heart and the kindest soul I have ever seen. She would drop anything and everything to help whoever was in need. Her love for her children is indescribable. There was never a time that I didn't see my mom cheering in the stands at every game, coming to every parent–teacher night, or watching at every dance recital. Growing up was nothing short of easy, attending 6 different schools by the time she was 15 due to overcrowding, moving, and alternative reasons. She was forced to drop out in the eleventh grade because my oldest brother was on his way. "One night can change your life forever." My mom was 16 with a newborn baby, struggling to make it day by day. Her parents didn't condone her having a baby at such a young age so they wanted her out. "Do you know what it feels like to be so young, so scared, and having your parents want nothing to do with you or the baby you're about to have?" Overcoming all of those obstacles, my parents both went back to school and eventually opened their own business in child care. When I ask my mom what she would do differently in her early life, she always answers with "not a darn thing". Owning a child care center had its ups and downs. There were always those kids who would come in with rags for clothes, and shoes that looked about 8 months too small. My mom had the biggest heart for those kids, always wanting to just take them home and care for them. There was a time when 3 sisters enrolled, all being about a year and a half apart from each other. Their mother was abusing drugs and the boyfriend seemed to be abusing the kids. Seeing the marks and listening to the oldest sister tell stories of Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 5. My Mother Essay What can one say about their mother? One may talk about her positive and negative characteristics. There are so many great traits I love and admire about my mom, that it would be difficult and unfair to write about just one. Being strong, generous and optimistic are all some great personality traits, which my mother possesses. Ever since I can remember, my mother has been a strong individual. She raised my brother and I financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually by herself. My mom gave her all, by that I mean, she worked two jobs to make sure her children ate properly and that they had the essential amenities to grow happily and successfully. Another way she supported us was with love and care. My mom...show more content... She would encourage me by simply saying, "Complaining is a useless way to solve problems, but becoming active on the issue is a great way to conquer it. My mother My mother has always had strong faith and views in her religion. When I was younger, every day and night, she would bring prayer time to me and my brother's attention. My mom instilled As a child, my mother displayed the seriousness of spirituality. In which she expressed her faith in us at an early age, that prayer time was not the time to make jokes nor to complain about having to partake in it. One lesson she taught us the most, was how seriousness about our spiritual beliefs could provide us with a substantial, stable and structural lifestyle. My mother's heart is at its purest when giving. I witnessed my mother chip in and pay for people's rent, car notes, and buying them groceries. Although my mother's intentions were good, occasionally, her generosity has been taken advantage of. One time a close friend of the family, came to my mother in desperate need. He asked her to loan him a large amount of money, with the agreement that he would pay back in either monthly or weekly installments. My mom never did see the money that was due to her. Despite the incident she still gives and encourages others to give, whether is it a donation, or volunteering your time in your community. My Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 6. My Mother And Mother My mother was my primary caregiver throughout all of my childhood. While my father was in the picture for a majority of my childhood, he was also a severe alcoholic which greatly impacted my upbringing. My rules, obligations, and expectations were not always set in stone and did often depend on the time, situation, and/or mood of my parents. I think it is normal for parents to differ slightly in their parenting styles occasionally. As a young kid I remember my sister and I being very aware that the mood my mother was in greatly contributed to the outcome of a question or event. I think most, if not all of us can relate to this. Overall however, I would say that my mother had an authoritative parenting style. My mother made is very clear that she was the parent and in charge, however she was welcoming and understanding enough that I felt comfortable coming to her with questions or problems. My mom was also very encouraging and supportive. She always pushed me to do my best but never made me feel bad if I did not reach my goals. I was lucky to have such a great relationship with my mom, not everyone does. As a young teenager I had many friends who would come to me with questions and concerns because they knew my mom was so open–minded and understanding. My mom was always my parent first and my friend second. I knew what was expected of me and I was disciplined for bad behavior, however I always knew I could go to her with anything I needed. My father, like many addicts was Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. My Mom Taught Me Looking back through my life, i have realized my mother has taught me the most. The one who means the most to me, the one person that has been the absolute best she can be for me and our family, always. The strongest most wise human being i know has been in my life since day one, which i am forever grateful for. "The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything." This quote is something my mom has always lived by and taught her kids at a young age. We weren't rich, didn't have everything we needed at times but we always had ourfamily and love that went all around, which was enough for us. My mom is honestly my rock, she has been there for me through everything. Throughout life we have definitely had our differences, mostly it's me, the teenager wanting to do something stupid and my mom trying to show me why i shouldn't make these careless decisions. As a teenager you might think you are grown and know everything that's why the parents are there to knock some sense into our brains, they have been through the same exact stuff, they can shed some light on the situation. Parents try to teach their kids to learn from their mistakes but, everyone has to learn from their own mistakes. So the parents can only do their best at teaching their children morals. My mother has taught me everything i know, starting off with being grateful everyday, living in the moment every single day, to seize the day. My mom has taught me right from Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. My Hero : My Mother As A Hero Everybody has heard of a hero and needs a hero in their life. From Clark Kent really being Superman to Paul in the new movie "Downsizing", there are everyman heroes to superheroes. In my eyes, I see my mother as a hero. She's not just a hero to me. She's a hero to plenty of people in her life. She's my personal hero because of her journey. That would categorize her as an everyman hero because she's relatable to everyman and woman. To illustrate her heroic journey, I would have to start at the beginning. The beginning is before she had her stroke. Ten years ago, my brother was about to graduate high school and my mother was living a healthy, fulfilling life or so she thought. My mother was known for outdrinking the men and partying hard. She didn't allow being a mother prevent her from having a good time. She favored having so much of a good time that she neglected my brother and I. This was her ordinary world. Three months after my brother graduated, my mother had a terrible stroke. It was so terrible it left her right side entirely paralyzed. She found herself disabled, not able to speak, and having to learn how to do the basic motor skills all over again. It's as if someone pressed a reset button on her life. My mother was devastated as was I. As you may have guessed it, this was her call to adventure. And of course, like most people before her, she refused to adapt to a new way of living. No longer able to party, she had to rely on someone to care for her. For the Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Me being ten, my sister eight, and my brother six, all of us wanted to devour, and inhale, the information that she was progressing to announce. First, Mom and Dad settled on the couch, fingers entwined. Finally, my mom spilled the beans that we were going to have another brother or sister. I sprang up and started chanting that I was going to have another sister. My mom informed me that it may also be a boy. I wasn't too thrilled to hear that, but I was still excited that I was going to be receiving another sister that might let me perform on her hair. It's 1:05 in the morning. We have lived with Daphne in the family for two weeks, and she has to visit the doctors because she will not stop screaming. Every time we hold her, or lift her up, she screams and cries non stop. The doctors informed us that she was so large when she came out, that her collarbone snapped. At first, it surprised us that the doctors didn 't know that when she was born, but she was nine lbs and one oz. Daphne is two now, time has zipped by. Her first word was Jayhawk. We are taking her to the Tanganyika zoo for her first time ever. When we arrived at the park that was there, she could hardly wait to slide down the tallest slide. With her grippy shoes and all, she went walking as fast as she could to my dad so that he could carry her to the towering slide. When she slid down the slide with my dad, her grippy shoes caught the side of the slide, as my dad was going down, and her leg bone snapped. We couldn't fathom for an entire week that her leg could possibly be broken, and she couldn 't quite communicate yet so we didn't know what was with her erroneous actions. Daphne is now three. We are going camping at our Aunt and Uncle 's farm for spring break. They don 't have any electricity, so we started making a fire in the fire pit. We were successful. Two dogs were there, and Daphne, admiring animals her entire life, was chasing them around. Daphne was wondering backwards toward the fire and tripped over the stone blocks that were Get more content on HelpWriting.net

We all get in the car and it doesn't last long till the silence is broken, being my age and knowing I might have two new sisters was not an idea I had in mind. I hated it. It was miserable. The whole way down to the beach we argued about things i realize now were the most stupid things you could fight over. Like how far the others person's seat in front was pushed back, or even just fighting over who did something the best. It felt like forever that we were on the road, but we eventually get to the beach. We get to the hotel we were staying at and that started another issue. Who was gonna get the beds and couch and which two were sleeping on the floor. It took forever it seemed but we picked straws and ended up getting the couch. Not gonna lie it was fun at the beach. We had brought some shovels and some things to make sand castles out of. So apart from the arguing that happened, we all ended up having a great time. Now my dad and Kristi have been dating for about nine months and they have been talking about getting married for awhile now. I myself have gotten used to the fact that they we going to end up getting married sooner or later. And that ended up being a true fact. • 13. My Reflection On My Mother Essay A mother is someone who can take the place of all others but no one can take the place of her. There are many different definitions you could use to describe your mother. My mother, Pam Krull, fits every one of those. Today I decided to pick the three that I thought was most important to me. I admire and aspire to be like my mother because of how supportive, how selfless, and how loving she is. My mom has gone through a lot to get where she is today. I will begin by telling you a little bit about my mom's background. My mom grew up outside of George with her parents, Harris and Bev Kaster, and her three siblings, Erik, Brad, and Kristy. She attended George High School when they were still Blue Jays. My mom was involved in a lot of different activities. She was in the play, large group and individual speech, a cheerleader, played the drums in band, was in student council, secretary of her class, REC club, band, and jazz band. In her free time she hung out with friends and her sister. She had a few jobs growing up also. She babysat a lot, worked at the library, and the dentist office. My mother also helped teach bible school, catechism, and attended youth group at Hope Reformed Church. My mother met my dad, Doug Krull when she was a junior in high school. They dated for a while and ended getting married. They then had three beautiful daughters, Allyssa, Megan, and Rebecca. • 14. My Experience With My Mom A memory described in impeccable detail with regards to the time of day, weather, and individuals present was recalled upon by a loving mother as tears welled up in her eyes. She then went on to explain a chaotic scene describing the panic as she discovered that her two year old child was lying seemingly lifeless in her pool. Her imagery painted a picture as if she was witnessing the event in that exact moment. However, she was pertaining to an event that occurred five years earlier. Her child was in the room adjacent to us, and was left with major brain damage from the traumatic event. This image has been embedded in my memory since the day I accompanied my mom at work following the "take your child to work day" tradition during my fifth grade year in elementary school. My mom is an LPN who at the time was working as a home care nurse for this child. At the young age of eleven, I was unable to completely understand the circumstances that I was placed in. I watched as my mom tended to every need for this child who had no means to fend for oneself. It was evident that the chances of recovery were nonexistent, but I witnessed in that moment a situation that could not be achieved without extensive compassionate and prolonged relational care. The mere sound of hearing my mom's voice would induce an uncontrollable smile and tensing in the child, expressing the joy of her company. This moment made me realize that there truly was life preserved in this child, by a relentless mother Get more content on HelpWriting.net

She would lock herself in her room, and sat in a desk that was in the corner of the room. She would study nonstop, even eating dinner as she read her books. She was so proud of herself when she did great on all her tests and finals. Her friends would invite her to go out and eat at the mall, but she would remember the promise she made to herself, to put all schoolwork before everything, because it was more important. • 16. My Mom Research Paper Heroes come in many shapes and sizes, like the iconic heroes we see on the big screen, for example, Batman and Superman, or normal everyday heroes, like a doctor or a firefighter. But I think that the biggest hero is the one that is closest to me, and that is my Mom. Everyday, I admire and look up to her, and others should too. My Mom teaches heroic life lessons that you and I should admire her for. A time this happened is when I first realized my Mom was my hero at the age of 5. We had just moved into a small town called Livingston, from New York City. So, naturally, I was very nervous that I would have no friends and was refusing to go to the first day of Kindergarten. I decided that I wouldn't move at all. But my Mom promised me I would have a good time, comforted me, and with a kiss, picked me up and carried me into the car, all while saying that my education is the most important thing in the world. That day, she stayed with me in school for the whole day. Even though at that time, I thought...show more content... Every day, she gets up at seven, and has to drop me and my brother off at school. This has happened for the last five years, and when I was younger, her work schedule always confused me. She was never there anymore to play, or do arts and crafts with, or help me with my homework. Because of this, I started to do everything with my Dad. But as I got older, I finally understood that she was working as hard as possible to make money for our family, to let me have a good life. She was trying to make sure I could have food, clothes, and shelter, and that is heroic. And because of that, I always admire her, and if she was your heroic Mom, you'd admire her too for being so dedicated to working for your Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 19. My Most Important Mentors In My Life : My Mother I could say I have many mentors in my life, but my most important mentor is my mom. A mentor to me is someone who critically guides you through your life decisions and provokes endless learning from their life experiences and wisdom. The only person who meets my idea of a mentor is my mom. I have known her since birth and have always felt loved and cared by her. She gives me every tool I could possibly need to succeed through primary school and onto postsecondary schooling. She has always given me words of encouragement, been honest when I am in the wrong, and has always pushed me to reach my potential. I went to my mom on a Sunday, which is family day in our house. We went out to lunch with my brother since he was visiting from college, and I got the opportunity to ask my mom about her views on Mitch's and my topics. In my conversation with my mom we talked about three topics; A meaningful life, Family, and Education. Mitch's first topic was what it means to have a meaningful life. My mom believes that what it means to have a meaningful life, is that it should not be defined by money or other people's opinions. But rather it should be defined by your happiness and compassion for the things you do in your everyday life. When discussing Mitch's second topic, family, my mom believes that the most important thing is that family is there for you to be honest, and to be critical of your decisions in life. We both agreed they should be supportive of your passions and beliefs, Get more content on HelpWriting.net
