that up to 31 athletes from six sports might have been banned
from competing at the Rio Games in 2016. The announcement
came after the IOC retested 454 selected doping samples
from the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. The tests are kept
for 10 years so that they can be retested when advances in
testing are made.
