Jefferson County department of Transportation & Engineering, Golden, CO
A temporary County position with responsibilities to include road and inventory maintenance, setting up traffic counts,
manually counting pedestrians and vehicle turn movements, and traffic data entry using specialized proprietary software
and Microsoft Excel. Collected extensive transportation data for Engineers and Management in support of road
maintenance and road asset management decisions. Additional duties included retro-reflective data collection from signs
identifying sign reflective conditions. Worked with leadership to develop a streamlined program for collection of retro-
reflectivity data using current technologies.

Property Maintenance responsibilities included general repairs, electrical, networking, preventive maintenance,
plumbing, grounds keeping, painting, cleaning and carpentry work. Turn over apartments in a timely manner to ensure
apartments are presentable and rentable. Recent successes include improving curb appeal, quick turn over of empty
apartments and assuring property is a safe and clean environment for occupants. Major accomplishments include meeting
all safety inspections and assuring facility is up to code. This included replacing and installing new exit signs, railing and

Temporary position. Conducted preventive maintenance on road assets. Repaired or replaced road signs in
Jefferson County. This included machine shop work. Inventoried road assets and identified inventory that
