Managing a sub contractor (Baker Roofing), on the replacement of the reactor building roof, at a
cost of > 2 million dollars. Responsible for cradle to grave, including resources, schedule and
performance, as well as quality. Coordinate between multiple stakeholders to achieve daily
goals. Meet and negotiate between the contractor and the customer. Strict adherence to safety
and Human performance. Performance Pre Job briefs and safety blitzes daily. Maintaining a
strong communication pathway for success.

monitoring and documenting of progress and deltas, through development of an accountability
spreadsheet. Ensure all parties have the necessary resources needed in order to be successful.
Acting as the liaison between Duke Energy and outside vendor ( ARC Energy ), to ensure high
quality, productivity, as well as performing observations that meet or exceed the customers
requests. The contract cost is > 1.7 million.

Bentley-Nevada turbine project at RNP, as well as the 7300 control room upgrade at MNS.
Negotiated, planned, organized, and budgeted the Reactor Operator training simulator project at
MNS. Successfully completed ahead of schedule and under budget. This was a cost of >
325,000 labor only contract. Utilizing my technical knowledge of product capabilities, worked
with new and existing clients within the fleet on how their needs could best be met and planned
resource loading accordingly. Provided high level, as well as in-depth, technical support to
resolve issues and mitigate risk.
