WORLD LEADERS IN THE PRODUCTION OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY UHPC.
Our next generation Ultra High Performance Concrete, is a Nano-Ceramic cement that is inherently self-structural, as
strong as steel, but corrosion proof, fireproof, waterproof, mold and mildew proof. UHPC eliminates 90% of the problems
associated with regular concrete.
Joining us now from the original inventors in Europe, are the top 3 experts in the world on UHPC.
Our Goal …through our continuing Research and Development, to produce the finest UHPC in the world.
UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) is a material with immense possibilities. We have over 35 years experience in the
development, production and industrial applications of UHPC materials, in the most hostile environments in the world. The
real competitor of UHPC material is not concrete, it is steel. In many areas UHPC materials can replace steel.
Asante offers various UHPC formulas for Spray - Cast - Mortar, in both Regular (842 f) and High Temperature (2,192 f)
versions. We have a UHPC formula for Asphalt Paving and a Desert Sand binder for use with indigenous desert sand.
With compression strengths from 14,500 psi to over 43,500 psi, we are one of the few worldwide producers for
diversified, high quality UHPC products that can also easily respond to customer and market needs. Our current
UHPC production capability is from 10,000
tons per year to 1,000 tons per day.
In addition to our current production in

8. C - Recommendations
Training and Education -
• We highly recommend being trained up on UHPC and hands on use by your employees in your companies specific areas of use and any other areas you may be
interested in.
• A classroom introduction to UHPC and its many industries of use, focussing on Concrete Services specific needs and possibilities.
• Followed by hands training of the proper process and procedure for mixing and application of UHPC in the field.
• Upon your choice to work together and your approval to accept training and purchase UHPC material, we recommend that I visit you and your operation, to
understand your operation and then, properly determine the exact course of action for the training…equipment, facility, schedule and costs involved.
UHPC Product and Product Cost -
• We recommend the following purchase of UHPC binders and aggregates/fibers for use in training, demonstration, pilot projects and field testing.
•
1. Casting Binder - The basis for all UHPC formulas
This binder is designed to be used with various aggregate and/or fiber to create a number of UHPC formulas some exceeding 43,500 psi in
compression. Regular temperature formulas will operate continuously in temperatures up to 800 f. It can mimic textures as fine as 100 nano-meters…
as small as cigarette smoke.
Rheology - Concretes made with this binder are designed to be flowable and where placement methods is pouring and casting, such as precasting
and grouting in horizontal applications.
Applications - In Bridge Connections, UHPC concrete grouts made with this binder can bond to regular concrete, stronger then the compression
strength of regular concrete…in bridge connections UHPC is designated as a monolithic pour, where the UHPC grout is the strongest, not weakest
link. Great for industrial grouting of heavy and moving machinery and in the security industry for bank vaults and ATM machines, as well as ballistics in
military applications. This UHPC has very minimal creep and shrinkage and micro cracking is self healing and used in bridge building and architecture.

9. 2. Spray Binder -
• This binder is designed to be used with various aggregates and/or fibers to create a number of UHPC formulas. As in all UHPC formulas, it is waterproof,
fireproof, mildew/mold proof, freeze/thaw proof and highly chemical resistant. Like all our UHPC products, it is ASTM certified for use in potable water and
food safe.
• Rheology - Concretes made with this binder are designed for applications that need to be pumped or sprayed in horizontal - vertical - overhead applications.
Spray formulas can hang in overhead applications in excess of 20 inches, yet can be fine enough to be air-brushed. It can be troweled and finished after
placement.
• Applications - Used for re-surfacing, extreme use and in difficult accesses applications. UHPC Spray formulas, such as bridge construction, sound barriers,
foundation walls, tunneling and mining, swimming pools and liquid containment vessels, resurfacing for wear protection and structural reinforcement.
Formulas for wear protection can exceed 9 mohs in hardness.
3. Paving & Flooring Binder - A unique binder for use as a commercial asphalt matrix, creating what we call, Ultra High Performance Asphalt.
• This binder was first designed in 1988 for use in combination with an open-faced commercial asphalt base. When the asphalt is cooled, this UHPC binder is
pumped and flows like water, filling the voids and penetrating into all nooks and crannies, creating a semi flexible, extremely strong and resilient hybrid paving
system. With the benefits of both concrete and asphalt paving and in cases exceeding regular concrete paving performance.
• Rheology - Concretes made with this binder are extremely flowable and “self leveling” , used in horizontal applications. Special formulas can be made as a
UHPC nano-ceramic paint.
• Applications - Primarily used in the Asphalt Matrix for roads, bridge decks and paving in shipping ports and airport runways. This binder can also be used in
the decorative concrete industry for polished concrete flooring, floor screeds, self-leveling floorings, as well as be sprayed very thin or bushed like paint.
Because of its extreme flowable rheology and fine particle consistency it can be used as a casting UHPC for extremely detailed casting moulds.
4. Mortar Binder -
• This binder is designed to be used where a trolled finish or patching is required. As a mortar binder, when used with fiber and aggregates, it has extremely
high flexural strengths…in cases exceeding 7,000 to 8,000 psi
• Rheology - Concretes made with this binder exhibit very stiff nature and slump. As a UHPC mortar where regular concrete mortars are used, it can also have a
rheology like modeling or potters clay. For use in horizontal - vertical - overhead installations.
• Applications - Primarily as a troweled application for wear protection for industrial and linings and in extreme or hostile environments.
5. Desert Sand Binder - The only UHPC binder in the world used to make high quality concrete using indigenous desert sand as an aggregate.
• Patent pending, this one of a kind UHPC binder was specially developed to provide a superior solution to the world-wide shortage for sand used in the
concrete construction industry. It has exceed expectations with mortar formulas consistently achieving compression strengths over 7,000 psi and casting
formulas near 15,000 psi.
• Rheology - Currently made in a Mortar or Casting binder for use in horizontal - vertical - overhead installations.
• Applications - With its recent introduction, the potential use for this UHPC product is huge. As the only concrete in the world that utilizes desert sand as it sole
aggregate, its is a cost effective and superior quality solution to this sand shortage crisis. It can be used anywhere conventional concrete is used providing
the inherent UHPC qualities…in Saudi Arabia where desert sand is abundant, like a surrounding ocean, sand for all concrete production was imported from
Australia ! Saudi Arabia is currently negotiating a license agreement for the production of our UHPC desert sand binder, to utilize their vast resource of
indigenous desert sand for concrete in building construction.
