They also created a TV commercial for the Welsh Caravan Show to promote the event.
2. PHS
Freshwater Creative produced an internal communications video to deliver
the company’s corporate values in an entertaining and absorbing manner.
Parodying the BBCs Apprentice, PHS’ own staff formed the cast, alongside
a professional look-alike playing the central character - Sir Adam Sweetener.
The DVD now forms a strategic part of the PHS Groups internal
communication of its core values and sits inside its recruitment toolkit.
3. Welsh Language Board
Freshwater Creative produced a DVD showcasing a new method of teaching
Welsh in English speaking schools.
We interviewed parents, pupils and teachers of the new intense techniques,
closely monitoring the results that were obtained through the new learning model.
The results were edited into a compelling illustration of new teaching methods
and showcased at the Urdd Eisteddfod.

Penderyn distillation process.
6. Gwent Police

aimed at English and Welsh speakers as well as the deaf community.
We produced a ‘day in the life’ DVD featuring actors from the deaf community,
identifying the common mistakes that can result in individuals becoming the victims
of crime.
Complete with Welsh or English subtitles, the ‘day in a life’ format proved very
popular with copies being requested by police forces across the UK. Freshwater
was subsequently commissioned to produce another DVD for Gwent Police.
7. Donate Wales
Freshwater Creative devised a TV advert for Donate Wales built
around a creative concept from a transplant patient who compared
waiting for a transplant to being on “an invisible death row”.
Developing this analogy, we selected a broad spectrum of case
studies to give the campaign universal appeal. The campaign was
a UK first, using real people on the organ donation waiting list to
deliver the key messages.
The TV commercial received huge national coverage and recently
won gold at the 2011 CIPR Excellence Awards for Best Integrated
Campaign.

tourism and profile the activities of the Harbour Authority for use in Wales

commissioned over the last ten years.

problems with topics they traditionally had issues in communicating effectively.
