• Oversees 33 geographically companies for 100% accomplishment for cargo, fuels,
logistics missions and mobilization.

engineering support equipment and supplies worth $3.5 million.
Departmental Manager, USS Klackring. Guided missile Frigate (FFG-42)
United States Navy 2011-2013:
• Overseen the management of an OPTAR (operating target) budget of $2.5 million, over 30 DLR
requisitions and a flawless postal and Hazmat program.
• Managed an Aviation Pack up kit Program, which had 325 line items valued at excess of $6.3
million, for four Fire Scout helicopters.
Contracting Manager, Navy Region South East Reserve Component Command. (NRCCSE)
United States Navy 2007-2011:
• Responsible for high dollar amount contract writing, worked with Fleet Industrial Supply Center
Contracted and organized first national ombudsman conference attended by 274 Navy
Ombudsman.
• Completed $340K worth of contracts including Navy Region South East CO/ Senior Enlisted
Leaders conference and Ruehlin seminars.
• Expended over $150k in support of 12 yellow Ribbon events.

• Million. Ensuring set up of accounts, transfer and inventory of BEAM HIT and other property

• Volunteered as the Independent Logistics specialist for Naval Operation Support Center
Puerto Rico. Completing over 100 purchases, utilizing the Government Commercial Purchase Card.
Valued in excess of $220k spanning nine months. While continuing to support NRSE RCC with over 40
purchases valued at $25k, maintaining mission readiness for both commands.
• Managed purchasing for the Government Commercial Purchase card with a total value over
$100K.
• Implemented berthing procedures for over 500 reservists monthly, resulting in lower rates.
Saved over $12K in scarce funding.
• Responsible for the Command Operating Budget with 100 percent accountability and zero
discrepancies.
• Led troubleshooting effort to resolve receiving and accounts payable issues, working with
supplier and internal receiving and finance department.
Material Control Supervisor, Aviation Support (ASD).
United States Navy 2000–2003:
• Supervision of ordering, receiving and issuing parts and supplies in support of 4 operational
Lockheed P-3 Orion. Processed over 1,300 mission critical requisitions, valued in excess of
$1.8 million.
• Managed the shipping and receiving of over 10.000 pounds of cargo with estimate value
over 60 million dollars.
• Monitored and tracked 500 mission critical aviation depot level repairable and consumables
throughout the 5th

fleet area of operations in direct support global war in terror.
• Supervised 7 military personnel to aggressively manage and expedite 38,282 critical
requirements, resulting in decreased worked stoppage by 24 percent.
