 Stamp= To impress a pattern or mark, and to Make
it official on a surface, object or document, using a
linked or engraved block or other instrument
 Identify= to indicate what something is.

Imagine stepping into an elevator in a
downtown office building.As the doors
close, the person standing next to you
says, “Hi, I’m a recruiter at your dream
company.Tell me about yourself.”Are you
prepared for an opportunity like this?
Could you concisely introduce yourself,
your background and your career
aspirations in the time of a quick elevator
ride—30 seconds or less?

Work on your speech tics ( ex.you know or um)
Work on your nervous habits( ex.always placing hands in pocket)

Recite to Family and Friends
CreatingA
Plan ofAction
forSuccess
Step 1:
1.Write your Goals down, make sure they are S.M.A.R.T Goals
S=specific/ your goal is clearly defined
M= measurable/ how many clients are you aiming to pitch in
the first couple of weeks
A=attainable/set challenging goals
R= Relevant/ Fit your goals into your plans for life.
T= time/ set a deadline for which each goal will be achieved
Creating a
Plan ofAction
forSuccess
Step 2:
Set Mini Goals:
Reaching your goals can be a challenge. Sometimes it seems like
the due date is so far away. Set Mini goals to work toward your
Big goals.
(ex. If it is your goal to make $20.000 a month within 7 months,
create a mini goal of how much you will make at the end of each
month. By setting this mini goal you will know if you are on or off
track when trying to reach your big goals.
CreatingA
Plan ofAction
forSuccess
Part 3:
What NeedsTo Happen:
Determine what it is going to take to reach your Mini goal or
Big goal within the time frame you have set. When you are
planning to make more money, you will need to recruit
more clients. Determine how many clients you need
Creating a Plan ofAction forSuccess
Part 4:
Actions required:
If you need to gain 20 Clients within 5 months, what action do you need to take to
find those 20 Clients. Use strategies that will make your clients happy, so they can
become recurring clients, and send referrals to your business.
Creating a
Plan ofAction
forSuccess
Step 5:
A Daily Plan
Once Step 4 is complete, there should be a list of tasks to be
completed in order to reach your goals Make a daily plan and
put these tasks into your schedule
Creating a
Plan ofAction
forSuccess
Part 6:
FollowThrough:
Now that Steps 1-5 are complete,There should be a daily schedule to be
followed. There are going to be times when it feel like some of your
strategies are not working as good as they were when you first started out.
Create new strategies to continue to seek new clients on a daily basis? Find
ways to help keep yourself motivated. Always write down your
accomplishments. It is only when you quit that make the plan
fail...Perform self- evaluations randomly to see how you are progressing. By
following all of these steps you now have created a Plan of Action for
Success. Not only will you have a Good Plan, but you will have a Plan that
Works! A plan of action is just like mapping out your dreams and goals and
taking different routes to get each goal accomplished. To become an
Entrepreneur you must begin creating a Plan of Action to help guide you on
your journey to success.Your Plan Of Action is that tool you can use when
trying to achieve any dream or goal in life., although, a new Plan of Action
must be put in place for each individual dream or goal.

What is an elevator pitch? “Elevator pitch” is a popular term for the
basic introduction of who you are and what you’re looking for. It can be
used in a variety of professional situations such as networking events,
career fairs, cover letters and interviews.
Why is an elevator pitch important? In most situations, you won’t have
time to tell someone your life story or to list every accomplishment on
your resume. The best elevator pitches provide enough background
information and enthusiasm so the other person wants to continue a
conversation with you.
