For the past severalmonths I have had the privilege of being Patricia Brown-Valiquette’s supervisor. Since the
very beginning of her employment, Patricia has demonstrated an ability and aptitude that has greatly benefited our call
center at the Portsmouth location. Not only is she an incredibly fast learner, but her willingness to take on new challenges
and roles has really been a benefit to the company as a whole.
OnBrand24 is a very large call center both in volume and diversity of clients. Patricia has learned over twenty
different clients and various calls making her an invaluable member of our team. One of her primary responsibilities with
our company was to quickly adapt to changing systems. This came in the form of learning new programs that would better
help our clients or new customer service approach techniques. Patricia is one of the finest examples of adaptability I have
seen in an agent as she has no difficulty learning from criticism or applying different approaches as the world of customer
service and technology meet in various different ways. Her ability to organize herself to take on the challenges of
responding to this vast array of clients has been nothing short of exceptional. Patricia has excellent verbal and computer
skills which have allowed her to thrive in such a fast paced environment. Not only have her skills helped her immensely,
but her ability to help others has really shown through as she has more than become a mentor to newer employees.
I would whole heartedly support Patricia in whatever role or position she seeks with your company; as her innate
ability to grasp new concepts or computer programs would make her a benefit to any organization seeking a young
professional with a strong desire to succeed.
